Salted Dough

First time at this restaurant and I was blown away. Not just because the food was amazing but because in the face of a rather jarring mix up with my order—their main Chef came to my table to personally correct the matter, shook my hand, ensured me of the solution. He leads with professionalism in his restaurant and I write this because it’s not the type of service I’ve ever received before during a mix up while dining—no matter the price point. Salted Dough brought the class and grace that day and I will never forget that level of service. Chef raised the bar and it truly meant a lot to me.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rainy afternoon lunch. The restaurant is quaint, not a ridiculously huge menu but enough choices, prices are very reasonable, ample seating at the bar, should be no issue with parking there's a large lot and the chef/owner is extremely friendly. I ordered the Hot Margarita and it was DELISH! Will definitely go back.

Wow! One of the best pizzas I've ever had! Absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and such a cute, family-friendly place. Great spot with kids, friends, or even to grab a delicious pizza alone!

Such a great place for a ladies night to even a family night. Our kids had a great time making their own pizzas Mr. Jeff entertained the kids with a magic trick and even showed them how pizzas are made! Our server Bri could not have been more attentive and friendly. She made it such a welcoming environment! We will return again soon!!!

WOW! Just wow. I can't breathe after leaving here. In fact, I had to unbutton my pants when I got in the car. Probably because we couldn't choose what to order so we got a few options. First off, our waitress Melissa was awesome. Super fun, outgoing, and attentive. The food was incredible. We ordered the hand rolled gnocchi with basil marinara and then ordered an appetizer of meatballs, which we put on the gnocchi. Definitely recommend that! Some of the best gnocchi I've had. Then we tried the pork conundrum pizza and the Peruvian chicken pizza. Both were great, but the pork conundrum powered over the other in bold flavors. Would definitely get that one again. We will definitely be back, and hopefully leave room for dessert.

Amazing made from scratch crab ravioli pasta and fabulous pizza. Their wine glass or bottle was half off on Thursday evening which was a plus. The server was amazing. We loved their breakfast pizza, eggplant pizza and the Peruvian potato and chicken pizza. The place looks amazing from the inside. They have incredible food here.

First time here and it did not disappoint! The Red pizza and gnocchi were so amazing! Also had the fish fry.. fish was delicious and the fresh cut fries were so good! It did take a little while for the food but everything was homemade and so delicious and definitely worth the wait! The service was great! Will definitely be back!

It was our first time at Salted Dough tonight and after just one time, we are definitely hooked! From the atmosphere to the service, to the food and delicious cocktails - everything was top notch! We tried multiple courses including apps, salads, entrees and dessert. The homemade gnocchi and the tiramisu were beyond incredible but everything was great! The owner came out and talked with us and he was down to earth and super nice! We will be going back soon, for sure!! Thanks for the great experience, guys!!

Best meal I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Just walked out from having brunch and every single aspect of it was exceptional. The potato hash browns, usually a space filler at other places, were unreal. The breakfast charcuterie board was next level. My 6 year old got French fries and even those were amazing. He told the waitress best fries ever. I can’t believe we haven’t eaten here before today. You can tell it is a legitimate scratch kitchen. Again: every, single thing was carefully done and unique. Well done. We will see you again.

Seriously one of the best restaurants in Broadview Heights! The breakfast/brunch is amazing! Me and my boyfriend went during their Sunday brunch and had the stuff French toast with the braised pork carnitas. It was soooo good! Staff was very kind with quick service. Absolutely love the decor. Its a comfy modern rustic vibe. Cant wait to go back and try their pizza and drinks! Highly recommended!

As always, this evening I had another wonderful meal at Salted Dough. Never once, have I ordered off the regular menu. As a “scratch kitchen” chef Jeff and his team cook fresh daily based off what is locally available. Even though they have a variety of drafts and imports, their ever changing menu must be paired on a daily basis. I can never pick which house wine to order without asking the phenomenal staff members about the specials! My favorite menu items to order are always the daily changing specials. This evening I had a wonderful pasta & scallop dinner with a delicious lemon blueberry tiramisu. Unparalleled in this community! To top off the dinner and wonderful desert, the bartender, Moose, truly created a one of a kind beverage to pair with the tiramisu! Ask him about his oak n’ shield next time you stop in. As always, I could not recommend a better local restaurant! Stop in for a full dinner or take home one of their pizzas for a night in of wonderful takeout.

First time customer. Will definitely return! i had the beet salad, fungi pizza and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was fresh and delicious! Our server was prompt and friendly. It was a very enjoyable evening. My only criticism is the ladies room. It could be freshened up. The worn paint on the floors is an eyesore.

Our waitress Sarah H. was one of the nicest waitresses my wife and I ever had going out to a restaurant. She made our experience extremely enjoyable! The pizza was delicious and we will definitely be coming back!

Rockstar place, all homemade, a stone fired grill ( OH YEAH!), best pizza pie EVER, we are ruined for any other pie! Our server was extraordinary, she enjoys her job, very friendly, and loved talking with us about the exceptional menu. Thursday is ladies night ... my gurlz and I are planning an evening out!!

If you’re in need of some menu suggestions keep on reading! Start with the bruschetta; it’s light and fresh, so it won’t spoil your appetite. Follow that bruschetta up with one of their hand rolled ricotta gnocchi selections. Choose based on what you’re feeling that night cause each is great in its own way. Don’t forget to finish up with dessert!

We tried the Caesar salad, smoked mozzarella, and the hot margarita pizza for dinner! For dessert, we tried the tiramisu and everything was delicious! Service was great and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. If you haven't tried Salted Dough, then consider this your sign to try it!

Went on a Friday, steady busy But not as busy as it has been in the past when I've gone to this restaurant. Dinner service was very very slow. Food was very good but I felt like we were waiting too long for food items. We sat outside because there was a performer which was very nice. Our server was very nice nice and accommodating as well

Absolutely delicious pizza and gelato!! We have been their two times this week! Saturday was our first visit we enjoyed the pork conundrum pizza, so much flavor that explodes with every bite! Then went back this week for their boo bash with the kids in costume they got a free kids cheese pizza with adult purchase. We had the Margarita, hot Margarita, pepperoni and cheese pizzas all of which were delicious!! We also tried their amazing gelato in strawberry, pistachio, and tiramisu! The owner/chef Jeff stopped by our table to ask about our meals and check out the kids costumes, he is super friendly and very personable! They have a good draft beer list and specialty drinks, appetizers and so much more!
Everyone working and guest came in wearing masks, there is hand sanitizer on all the tables, the tables are spaced out and the bar is open with movable Plexi glass dividers. I felt very safe eating there during covid-19.
Do yourself a favor and check out this amazing restaurant and pizza!!

This place was great. The pizza was awesome. I got the margherita. Fresh sauce and the perfect amount of mozzarella. Their wine selection is limited but they had great choices. We shared a couple bottles of sav blanc. Our waitress was rocking it even with a packed house. Can't wait to go back

I was looking for a mutual place to meet with my family. Salted Dough fit perfectly. You can usually tell if it’s a good place by the attendance. The restaurant was 90 percent full. While the service was a bit slow, (they may have been understaffed that day) the waitress was very friendly and the meals were excellent.

The ambiance was warm and inviting.
