Gerold Brothers Construction

Gerold Brothers built our home in 1997, we are the original and current owners. After 20 years of abuse administered by a family of 4 including cats, dogs and other assorted beasts (teenagers), I'd have to say we could not be happier with this dwelling. From the woodwork to structural integrity, the quality is exceptional. We've had an ongoing relationship with Gerold Brothers as we hired them to finish our basement several years ago (now our favorite space) and most recently had them return to remodel our master bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home or for a remodeling project.

In 2008 Gerold Bros completely remodeled dthe back half of our home, reorganizing a modest dining/kitchen/family room into a lovely great room; they even straightened a main structural beam so we could have a large kitchen island. In addition to this large project, while they were here they succeeded in getting coverage for and replacing our hail damaged roof. We still think they are the best construction company, period.

I have two guys out at my house actively helping refinish my deck and build some new wide stairs with lighting. I’ve never met anyone in the field quiet like these two gentleman. They are friendly, personable, safe, and caring (saw someone lurking in neighborhood and notified the police and told my family afterwards about it, so we too could be on alert) and not to mention, appear to be doing excellent top quality work.
I’m lucky to have been connected with such a great company. Dan, one of the owners has also been a great communicator throughout the process. A rare and welcome experience when doing smaller remodel project to be treated with such care as if I’m having a large project done. I highly recommend this company!

Bought one of their houses last year. After almost 20 years it still looks great. Outstanding quality in and out. Hope to hire them for the screen porch remodeling later this or next year.

I wouldn’t have them build a dog house.
