Witt Construction was a pleasure to work with and has a detailed focus on quality in each of their homes. We chose to go with Witt after being impressed by several other homes they had built. This was our first time building a home and if we are able to do so again we would definitely return to Witt Construction.

We built our first custom dream home with Jason Witt, and it was an amazing experience with best in class results. The craftsman on their team are among the best, especially Scott. It was also a pleasure being able to customize mostly everything working with their in house designer, Heidi.
Jason was always as responsive as one could be when it comes to all the questions that come up on a first custom home. Not to mention he has followed through and supported us on anything that might come up, even 7 years later!

KA Witt was recommended to me by someone in the home building industry. They are just completing a farm house for me. They have been professional and courteous every step of the way. Every employee and subcontractor have been a joy to work with.

These people do not cut corners. If you want a quality house built to your specification consider KA Witt.

Our renovation of the kitchen, living room, dining area and half bath was completed within a week or so of what KA Witt projected. We are thrilled with the quality of the work and how it turned out. We were especially grateful for the nearly weekly updates from the contractor to let us know what the upcoming schedule would be. They were able to work around our vacation and still get us back on track when we returned. We appreciated the advise on items we were not sure on and trusted their recommendations. We have already shared their name with friends who are in the process of building and another looking into a remodeling project. I have long admired their homes we toured on the Parade of Homes and we are very happy with our choice to partner with them on our project.

We love our new home designed and constructed by Witt! The timing for completion worked perfectly with the sale and move out of our old home. Jason was an great communicator and we appreciated his flexibility to work required meetings around our work schedules. I also appreciated the decorator's opinions.

Witt construction did a main floor remodel for us a few years ago and it turned out very well. The job was a little bit costly, and much more than the original estimate, but we did have several changes along the way. Most of the work was finished in a timely manner and the total job was nearly completed on schedule.

Since the remodel, I have called them to do an inspection of our roof following a recent wind storm and a tree branch hitting the roof. They were busy, but did send a person out to check damage the same day. The cost of the inspection was reasonable.

When we decided to build a home we did our research as well as visited Model Homes. This is a must as you don’t want any surprises in the end. We chose KA Witt as our builder and couldn’t have been happier with the end result. Chris was great to work with every step of the way. He not only worked with the build but helped with county concerns but all of the utilities to ensure the project was done right. Going to bat for us as the home owner on a few issues. Never having built a home it was great to have someone with experience to aid and guide us in areas we knew nothing about, but also listened to what we wanted. Right balance between the two.

The entire crew were great to work with. Any visits to the site we were greeted and assisted with questions and very personable. When people visit our home they love it as much as we do. We’ve been in our house for 10 months and feel like a part of the Witt extended Family if we have questions about something Chris is quick to respond. We couldn’t be happier to have had K A Witt Construction as our builder. Thank you!

KA Witt built our dream home in 2016. It was a great experience. They guided us step-by-step through the design process. We had a basic idea of what we wanted for a layout. They took our basic layout, suggested things we didn't think about and made it great!

The project manager was receptive and responsive to our questions and change requests. He was always available when we called and responded right away when we emailed him. The team at KA Witt offered valuable recommendations based on their years of expertise in various build stages.

The project manager kept a tight timeline scheduling his sub-contractors one right after the other to deliver the project on time. There was always work being done on the house. It was fun to visit daily and see the progress. They kept the job site clean.

In researching home builders, we found that KA Witt uses superior build products for a better price. We highly recommend KA Witt.

We love our new home. There were a few bumps during construction but they were resolved quickly. After the sale the few items that needed to be addressed were done so very quickly and to our satisfaction. We are in an association and Witt has made certain that the homeowners have had the chance to meet each other by hosting a meet and greet.

We built our home with K A Witt Construction in the Fall of 2017. From starting with floor plan pen scratches in a notebook all the way to the day of the closing they were in lock step with our expectations. Now, we are beyond happy with our new home!

During the build process their crew(s) were very professional and willing to answer our questions when we visited the job site, and when it came time to make decisions or changes they were flexible and understanding.

Our process went smoothly from the drafting the floor plan to the the day we closed, and it took them only 4 months to physically build and finish nearly 4,000 square feet. We were very pleased with the fact they gave us a time frame and were able to stick to it.

Throughout the process, communication was critical and our PM, Chris, did a fantastic job keeping us updated. He was accommodating and thorough, and as we look back on the decisions we made we are happy with all facets. This would not have happened without Chris' guidance and knowledge.

This was our third home build with K.A. Witt Construction. There are many reasons why we put our trust in K. A. Witt. If you have been in a Witt home, you understand the quality and value they provide. If you have not, I strongly encourage you do so prior to making the very important decision of building a home. Building can be very stressful, but working with Chris Witt took a lot of that stress away. Chris was always accessible and ready to answer any questions or concerns. From start to finish, we felt the communication was great and this company does what they say they are going to do, for the price they quote, within the time frame promised. If you have never built a home before, those are three critical elements that contribute to a low stress build...no surprises.
We recently completed our dream home, love everything about it, but if we were to do it all again, K.A. Witt would be our choice, hands down.

We moved in Nov 17, 17. We enjoyed with working with them on our new home . We felt we got a nice new home, with quality workmanship for a great price. A couple of small touch up items, but they are being resolved. Big issue with them fixing things after closing

I ordered a replacement for the fabric portion of my automatic pool cover from them. They responded immediately to my initial inquiry and asked the appropriate type and amount of questions in order to determine my needs. The product that arrived was perfect. A very pleasant and easy transaction from start to finish.
