I just want to say I was an out of state buyer who saw the add on the internet. I called Lois and had a great conversation. Her description and the services she offered to me were really outstanding. In 2015 we purchased a 2004 Sailfish 236 from a individual seller with the help of a marina in Wilmington, NC. The boat was not what we expected and had maintenance issues that soured our desire to own the boat any further. We met with Lois on the lot and she directed us as to what repairs needed to be made and her thoughts on selling this boat. We put our trusty companion, our Key West WA225 (2004) up for sale this year. It was a very good boat in outstanding condition and a reliable Honda 200hp.

Our boat had been around the country, from MD to TX to CO, finally to rest in Carolina. We entered the consignment dealer with a strange mix of titles and registrations for the hull, the engine, the trailer. Some states required titles for various parts. Some required no registrations. LOIS plowed through all the respective Title & Registration paperwork and problems. She made the deal happen. That alone impressed the hell out of me.

Lois is a professional that in my experience is knowledgeable and works very hard. She knows boats, the market and how to use the market. I know that Grand Slam has an incredible record of "getting boats sold, not just listing them". I would suggest to anyone consigning a boat to put your trust in Grand Slam, or at least interview other consignors and compare. I was out of town when the deal closed on my boat. Upon returning, my check and sales documents were there for me. By the way, there was not a large market for the boat I had for sale, but Lois matched it with a buyer.
