Office personnel was very professional and I received every piece of my personal property. The only problem we had was their driver was very inappropriate and asked my wife if she was single! Definitely not a good look lol

My car was buried and it took an hour to get it out because of lack of help. That was ok. The employee was nice and went out of her way to help. What really got my husband and I was there was no office. A back yard building with bags of belongings and employees work out of their cars. Pathetic F5. Especially when you charge over 500.00 for a repo. Do better by your employees.

Bunch of thief's. Went to pick up my vehicle and belongings and anything of value was gone.

After seeing these reviews I think we should all file suit. I just got my car back today after being removed on April 28. The same day they took it he said it would be in WV. My daughter saw it at our local Walmart. We went there. Glovebox n middle consol was open n trashed. Called police but couldn't do nothing but file report. Finance company wasn't happy either. Car sat there 5 days. Magicaly got blown off everytime we called. Couldn't find my car after sent to auction day before the said day. Took a week to find it n then It was back on thier lot a week n we werent notified.They did something with my tags so had to get new tags. Big lady was rude on phone n in office. Small older lady was the most nice and helpful. My car had 1/4 tank when took, n was below empty when picked up.

After reading these reviews and having my own BAD personal experience with these people, I have to agree 100% with all the negative comments. The customer service of the girls in the office was the only positive that I would have to give to the place. The owner of the company David White lied to myself and my father about where the location of my car would be the next day and about when I could get my car back. He said that it wouldn't leave the state that I am in and that I could make my payment and pick my car up on the same day. Both of these statements where just a bald face lie. Also, all of my belongings in my car were just thrown in a trash bag with no regard for them at all and broke a brand new shadow box that I had just bought along with some other breakable things that were in fact broken. When confronted about it they just took my name and number and they said that they would "look into it". I have still yet to be contacted. Oh and not to mention that they came to my house at 12:30 am with out any paperwork or notice of what they were doing. I understand that this is a tough job to do and that people make mistakes and get behind on their payments, which makes for hostile environment for everyone involved. But, the way these people handle things makes things much worst for all parties involved. I am very disappointed in this company and the unprofessional way that the employees acted. I know people can't choose who repos their car but I advise everyone to make sure they document each interaction with the "employee" of this "business" and report wrong doings the Better Business Bureau.

They will steal your stuff and act like they didn’t. Out of any towing company I have worked with they are hands down absolutely the worst. Get yourself a lawyer because you are gonna need one when dealing with these crooks.
