Mi Cabaña Mexican Restaurant

I don't think I've ever been so anxious to write a review. I usually visit Jacksonville, NC locations, but as if now I will frequent the Morehead City location. The vibe from the staff was amazing, service amazing, drinks and food AMAZING... Thank you Mi Cabana for providing a service and customer service I'll happily spend my money on.

We ate dinner with a large group of our friends. The service was excellent and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious as always! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this restaurant.

We came on vacation to Atlantic beach and we asked for a recommendation for a Mexican restaurant and they recommended mi cabana and it was a fabulous recommendation. The food is absolutely delicious, we asked for something to drink and they gave us modelos with shrimp and I was astonished by how delicious this was. Everything was absolutely amazing. Thank you and I will be coming back!!

This is our favorite mexican restaurant in town. Hidden at the back of the shopping center it isn't as busy as some others. Food seems to be fresher so it takes a little longer than the others that come out immediately.

First time eating at Mi Cabana but definitely won’t be the last! Delicious food and drinks, generous portions and our server Armando was great! Loved the chunky guacamole and tasty salsa. Fajitas were excellent as was the Chile relleno and tacos. Margaritas were perfect. Reasonable prices and highly recommend!

The food was excellent!! My mom had the Menudo and was so happy. She said it reminded her of her father's menudo!! The happiest I have seen her over food in a very long time! She said she can't wait to return!! THANK YOU!!! -Ceasar Lecea

The "Perfect Margarita" lived up to its name!! Tacos Carne Asada--the best I've ever had, and my husband's empty plate showed his approval of the Fajitas del Mar! Andreas, our server was delightful and very helpful. From now on, this will be our GO-TO place for Mexican food in Morehead City!

I am a cancer patient at the Cancer Center in Morehead! After a long day of radiation & chemotherapy I was craving some Birria Tacos & beans & rice so I ordered take out. When I got home I realized they forgot my side of rice & beans so I called them. Too exhausted to go back out, they apologized & actually brought those two sides to my home with a fresh order of Birria Tacos! This restaurant is the BOMB!! I’ve lived in Arizona for 8 years & just moved back home & let me just say this is the closest you will get to authentic Mexican cuisine! Thank you for your kindness!

Highly recommend. We've been here a few times and always have a great meal. Last night was no exception. Our waiter Andreas was excellent. Checked on us just the right amount of times and was very personable. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Greatest service in the area. Food is delicious with the best costumer service.!!

Alejandro the host and manager was very pleasant, and the food was fresh and fast.
The food was absolutely outstanding anytime we had visited.

Server was super nice and explained items in detail and helped my bf decide what to get. Portions are HUGE and it's not super expensive. Food was fresh and piping hot. 100% recommended!

Great place to have dinner out. Food was fantastic. We ordered the fajitas for 2 and took home enough to feed us again. Beer was cold and the chips and salsa was fresh. Shout out on their style of guacamole. I dont normally care for guacamole, however theirs is amazing and will definitely order it again. Wait staff was very friendly and accomodating and they were pretty busy between noon and one on a Saturday. Good food, reasonable price, what more do you want?

This place is so yummy I do not understand why they're not any busier than they are! Unless some people just don't realize they're open! We always get great service and great food! We had Andreas last time. He was awesome!

My wife and I tried Me Cabana this weekend for the first time. Service was great, food nicely presented, flavor very good, price more than reasonable. Hot chips & good salsa! I asked for an additional hotter salsa and it was delivered in minutes and was much to my satisfaction with no up charge! The staff waitress that waited on us was attractive, knowledgeable and friendly! This restaurant is definitely worth trying if you haven’t been. It’s great to have a Mexican restaurant if this quality in Morehead City. We will definitely be visiting there again. I think we may have found our new favorite restaurant! Five Stars!!!!

I visited Mi Cabaña for the first time this past Thursday, then again last night. Ava was my server both times and I’m so glad she was! She is knowledgeable, attentive, and funny! She made my friends and I feel so welcome.

She helped us with our drink selections and was really patient with our large party. We appreciate it so much! This is definitely our new favorite spot.

Agree with all others saying how wonderful this restaurant is!!! Very friendly joyful staff , great food, great drinks, great prices. We had a lovely time and can't wait to go back. You will not be disappointed with snatching here!!!!

Amazing food and employees! Best tasting birria I’ve had
