Caribou Coffee

Caribou in Andover is the place we go! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Service is always right on! We feel like part of the family every time we stop.
My favorite drink is Hot Crafted Press with vanilla and caramel. This Caribou makes the best of all the ones I have had from other places.

I love coming to this location. They’ve always made my order correctly, especially when I’m craving my coffee after church. Team members are also friendly.

I go to this location all the time and it is my favorite caribou to use. The employees are always happy and the seating area is nice and roomy.

I got my great vanilla latte after my exercise class! Quick, convenient and always good! Window clerk was friendly.

I actually work at another Caribou, but I go to this one often on my days off due to it being extremely close to where I live. The service is always great, and even if they can get extremely busy, they always try to be accurate and friendly to all of their customers. Not to mention their lobby is cozy.

I ordered ahead on the app and they had my coffee ready and hot. So easy!

We went through the drive-through and got a drink for my son. It was quick and service was wonderful and friendly.

My kids and I went through Friday morning, super busy time. The team makes our drinks perfectly, even though I am always asking for raspberry in my matcha. We also got breakfast. They were trying to train in a new teammate on the drive through. They were a little stressed, but super fast and so positive. Good job and it's okay to be new!! :)

I always go through the drive thru and I am always pleased with my drink. I usually get two iced vanilla crafted presses and they always get my order right on spot! The staff is super friendly and they look like they know what they are doing and that they like their jobs! I'm always greeted with a smile and my name. I will have to admit that I would go out of my way just to go to the Andover Caribou! I would definitely recommend this location! 😊😁☕

Super nice staff. I accidentally ordered a sugar-free drink and didn't like it and the Baristas let me trade it in for a drink I did like and even hooked up my pup with a treat both times through the drive-thru. Great customer service. Thanks.

Super friendly staff! Cheerful without being obnoxious. Quick service too. Yes it's spendy, but, that's expected if you're sleepy and on the run and don't feel like making something at home! Love it!!!

Yum yum yum. Mother's Day treat from my daughter. I had my usual hot cocoa with dark chocolate and a shot of raspberry. Love this cup of joy. They were busy as usual and just as friendly as ever.
