National Electric

My power was intermittent and out in only half of the house. Chris checked the breaker panel, and then the meter and found that there was a problem at the meter. He was very honest and upfront about the issues. We talked about other work that I had been wanting to have done and he walked me through it all with approximate costs and timing. Chris was friendly outgoing and honest. I ended up having them do a bunch of rewiring including replacing my panel. They started the work the very next morning, Chris was there bright and early to get started. Robert and another guy came in later and the three of them worked all day to do the rewiring.
While rewiring one of the bedrooms, Robert found an issue with my ceiling light/fan, and fixed it without any additional charge. They found some other issues as well that we not part of the scope of the project and ended up fixing them all without charging me for it.
At first I wasn't happy with the product they used to run the wiring as I had thought the wires were going to be run in the walls. This was a miscommunication and after discussing with Robert (who was willing to change it out) and agreed to keep it as it was with a minor change to the j-boxes.
Ended up that Robert and Chris did more than I had originally asked for and fixed a couple of things that weren't part of the original scope, all for the agreed price. I was very happy with them and the work they did. Both Robert and Chris are great guys and I enjoyed working with them. Thanks for your hard work!!

We had a company do some outside work on our home and somehow they knocked our electricity out in the kitchen and the living room. The company we used called National Electric to come and resolve the situation. Robert came to our home promptly faster than any other Electrical Company we called, he was very nice and followed all safety protocols and fixed our electricity in a short time. He did good work. I would recommend them to anybody.

We had to have extensive electrical work did in our older home, replacing wires etc. Not only did the service man successfully complete all the work we needed done. but he explained to us at every step what he was doing and why. Also patiently answering our many questions and concerns. We are more than satisfied with the professional work we received and would definitely recommend National Electric to our friends and family.

An old appliance blew out a main breaker. They were able to send an electrician late on a weeknight right away. Before he left he reviewed a picture I sent and was able to troubleshoot over the phone, saving me time and money. They will be my first call next time i screw something up.

Robert, Chris and Nathan did a wonderful job replacing our old fuse box and couple other electrical problems. They were very respectful and got the job done in a timely manner. I want to thank them for honoring my grandfather, mother and father's service in the Army. We will always call on them when we need their help. 🙂
