Pizza Hut

So let me tell you about Josh. he went above and beyond got to beyond turned around, went above and beyond again He called to make sure that my order was correct. Then he called me to let me know that my order was ready. My son was picking up the pizzas. It was a rainy night And my son had never used a card so he called to make sure that I wanted to give a tip.
The customer service is outstanding he is professional he is awesome I will forever be going to this Pizza Hut just because of the customer service
Were they out of certain items? Yes, they were
Were they out of certain toppings? Yes, they were.
am I still gonna be going back? Hell yes I’m going to be going back because customer service is number one with this particular Pizza Hut and they have got a customer for life.

The food and service is always great, today was no exception! I had some wings delivered to my house today, they were so fresh and hot I had to wait, and the driver was also very nice. The sweet chili is my favorite, always amazing! I also had the honey barbecue which is very good, but I think I have another go-to now- the cajun dry rub flavor is amazing!! It's SO seasoned, I'll definitely get more soon!!

The new thin Chicago Pizza was burnt did Not Hardly have any cheese one of the worst Pizza I have ever had way too much garlic powder I would have took it back but I live too far out in the country my husband said he will never buy another threw his money in the trash we have brought pizza from this Pizza Hut before and they were very good we go there all the time but that new Chicago thin pizza tavern style was awful not properly cooked if they can't cook it no better than that let Chicago cook it this is a very nice Pizza Hut and very friendly people but that was an awful Pizza let Chicago cook it

My wife and I order every few weeks from here and picked up a order today. The people working are always friendly and are pizza always looks better from this location vs any other Pizza Hut we have ate from. Thanks guys for always being on top of it!

Exactly what I needed, a drive thru that had my order exactly correct and ready in the time they had me to pick up .. great pizza with fast and friendly service ..

Just ordered here for the first time today I’ve ate At several locations and this is my favorite!! Food was great & so was customer service! Pizza was ready soon as I got there to pick up and was still hot when I got home to eat! Will be going again!

This was the best place that I’ve been in a long time They already our food and seat ready when we walked in. Very nice workers. High Quality Food and you get a free dessert. Highly Recommended

My class took a field trip to this Pizza Hut restaurant. The group decided the restaurant earned 5/5 stars because the pizza and pasta were so delicious, the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean, and the staff members were very generous and kind. My students said they would recommend next year's class to come back to this Pizza Hut restaurant for a field trip, as well as family and friends. We had a great time!

Ordered and paid online but our order didn't go through to them so we just had to call it in but my card was still charged for what we ordered online. So when we got there to pick it up we were thinking they would try and charge us again but the manager told us it would be no charge. This is how management should be. Even though it wasn't their fault, it was the website, she made it right and made us happy.

More like a fast food restaurant. No waitress or waiters anymore. Self serve drinks. They do bring out your pizzas to your table.

Absolutely a fantastic place to eat pizza ,was perfect had a little mistake but was no problem fixing it, amazing service ,it's nice during this pandemic to have such great positivity and kindness coming from a place like this store. I would definitely recommend it to all friends and family and people on Mars if there were any .it's hard to find a place with such great customer service and positivity , and a matter of fact the mistake wasn't a mistake because my experience was that much better the way that made me feel when I returned. Would give 10 stars if I could. Went the morning of Feb.26.2021 , the staff should be congratulated!!!!!

Pizza hut is one of my favorites. I very much like the location and the service that is given here. The workers are friendly (the Chanelle if thats how your spell her name is always greeting with a smile), the food delicious, and cleanliness of the restaurant is great!

I have to say the Pizza Hut in Chesnee is always a solid choice for pizza during the day. The staff are always pleasant and I have never gotten my order incorrect when I call it in. I am never overly impressed with the pizza itself, but it is about what you would expect to give them the price.

Chesnee was in need of a new restaurant.
We got the supreme pizza with the honey BBQ wings and garlic bread sticks. Every thing was great. The management has worked hard to have the staff trained and up to speed on the menu as well as the inner workings of the restaurant.
Did I mention the crust? It is to die for crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. Great start Pizza Hut....

I came in with 4 kids and a gift card. We ordered a special 2 one topping pizzas, bread sticks, and Hershey cookie. The GC would not go through so the manager took $20 off our bill! The service was friendly and our order came out super fast! We will definitely be back! Thanks Chesnee, Pizza Hut!

I always order online. When I arrived at the window yesterday the young man was very pleasant and used good manners. He also ask if my dog could have a treat and that was just icing on the cake!

I asked for a special order, and they complied without complaint. This was after I had asked for the same special order a few weeks ago at a different location of Pizza Hut and they refused. The staff here is friendly, courteous and efficient. So very glad they're in Chesnee!

I was disappointed that it took four minutes to be acknowledged that I was at the drive up window, workers saw me, they were laughing and playing. When the employee that was on the register finished his task he came to the window, apologized for the wait and got my food. He was very polite. Food was very good.

Erin is a great asset to your company! She is very sweet and carried a smile with her our whole visit! I have been a general manager for 15 years and she holds her title as shift manager with pride and does her best to ensure the experience tonher guest is the best! Great job sweetie keep it up! We wipl definitely be back because of you!
