Had to get some tune-up service done on my 2014 Chevy Silverado. Since I've gone here for my oil change needs. I've decided to have them do the work. Brandon is always helpful in answering any questions that I may have. The bill came in under the estimate that I was quoted. So far so good on my Chevy, and I look forward to working with them in the future. Jerry!

Had an issue with my coolant not registering and the fan running after shutting off. They were able to get me in within a day of calling and it was ready the next day! Very prompt and they did an excellent job getting everything working! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend K&F Auto! The staff is super easy to talk with and friendly. They are super fast to get my truck in and even faster to get the work done and get my truck back to me! I will always recommend K&F Auto anytime someone asks me where to take their vehicle!

This place, owners and staff seem honest above board and fair. We have always had good service here. They definitely have an upsell vibe, but they are not pushy about it. They have good technology that lays everything out for you so your older cars tend to get a lot of maintenance suggestions. However, they are not wrong suggestions that I have seen.

The staff at K&F are fabulous! We recently had some codes come up on one of our vehicles and we were informed every step of he way as to what the codes meant, what the cost of repairs would be and if there was anything that could be done first before a more extensive (and expensive!) repair was needed. Our vehicle is far out of warranty so we were glad that we were able to use a local repair facility rather than a dealership in Janesville. I would recommend K&F for regularly scheduled maintenance (which we do on our other vehicles) as well as things that come up needing an immediate repair and/or attention.

Been coming here for a few years and won't go anywhere else unless I had to. Fair prices and quality work. They always explain everything (even when I have tons of questions) before doing work and give me options if needed. Everyone is super nice and they have even snagged me a loaner car more than once so I could get to work while they worked on my vehicle.

I had been searching for a GM SUV (Chevrolet) for awhile. I had X amount of dollars to spend but everywhere I went I got shot down or they had nothing. I was told by a friend to go to K&F. They had exactly what I wanted and they made the sale happen that same day. I drove away with a beautiful Chevrolet Equinox with exactly everything that I wanted and some extras. Everyone there was super friendly and nice.

Very friendly staff. Do a great job and get the job done fast. I took 2 of my cars there and they get the job done in a day if they have the parts. Definetly recommend.

Excellent customer service & communication repaired my A/C system. I have to drive an hour to there repair shop which is not a problem when the experience is exceptional.

This is the first time we have used K&F and we were blown away by the service we received. Not only were they personable, informative, and helpful at the initial contact, they went above expected to complete our repairs on extremely short notice. I had been prepared to wait at least a whole day before they would be able to fit us in. Instead, they had us rolling in no time at all. I had no expectation of a priority need given that it was such short notice and we are first time customers. We definitely will use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

My 2015 F150 started running rough. They tuned up my engine and found 1 fuel injector was bad. I knew I needed brakes as well. they found a caliper frozen and line collapsed. Replaced all my brakes, which i never did to the truck. I picked up my truck later, and it's running great. I'm very happy. I would highly recommend K &F.

Wonderful experience! I contacted K&F and they were able to get my vehicle in the next day for service. The job was done within a few hours and I was contacted the next day to make sure everything was working properly. We will definitely use K&F again for our automotive needs!

These guys literally saved my life! They were booked out till Friday but given the severity of the noises they got me in. When I got to worked that day my tire apparently was about to fall off. 4 of my studs broke off. I am so thankful they were able to get my car in as I work 45 min away and would have had no way home or back to work. Katlyn was amazing and noticed I still had temp plates on and took pictures for me and informed me of some dot laws to use to try and get reimbursed since I had just purchased this vehicle. I really do feel like I was completely cared for I will be back for the rest of my repairs and future maintenance.

AMAZING! Everyone at K&F Auto was extremely helpful and kind during my search for a car. They answered all of my questions and were truthful through all of it. Very professional and friendly. It was the best experience I have had at a dealership. I bought a Chevy Cruze and I absolutely love it! My family and I will definitely go to them again when one of us needs a car.
