Quality Inn & Suites

Loved it! Not top of line, but service was great. They actually had drinks and snacks in their machines which is more than I can say for the $200 room I rented at La Quinta in Buffalo NY. Or the Jacuzzi RM I rented in Columbus Ohio. The breakfast was awesome. You order off menu. The rms i rented elsewhere didn't even stock their continental breakfast. So it doesn't matter how new the paint is when they have nothing else to offer.

The rooms and facilities have all been refurbished and upgraded. And they have a very effective, motivated and motivational manager, because all the personel from the front desk to the restaurants were smiling, happy, joking around and laughing.
The world environment appears over stressed now with most having issues of one kind or another, but these folks are the opposite and very welcoming and attentive.
Rooms and suites are efficiently priced. PLUS FREE BREAKFASTS with everything from freshly sliced fruit to made to order eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausages, anything you want from a two page menu.

Absolutely love this place! The rooms are beautiful with comfy beds & excellent service. The food here is amazing!

Very nice clean room with a newly tiled bath. The breakfast was a free token to the restaurant and made to order eggs, hashbrowns, choice of toast and meat, and fresh sliced fruits with coffee. Incredible.

The service was great if handicap please call and request first floor room there is no elevator. Also if you want delivery from somewhere lots places won't deliver to that hotel and wasn't sure why. However the hot breakfast at the restaurant they have onsite was good food.

The complimentary breakfast was a huge upgrade compared to hotels in the same price range or even higher priced ones. And the server that waited on us was a breath of fresh air. She liked her job and people....2 things you hardly see anymore. Wish I got her name.

Quality Inn was a really excellent stay for the price. The location was good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, fresh, and up to date with comfortable beds. The free breakfast is the absolute highlight: a wide variety of drinks and hot made-to-order breakfasts are available to order from the cheerful waitresses plus fruit is available at a buffet. The pool is a little worse for wear but the kids didn't care. The only real con is that they don't seem to have a air exchange system in the hallways. The air is quite stale and there are some funky oders. They are completely gone as soon as you get into your room though.

What a great deal. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was super friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very impressive, not just your average continental but an actual sit down menu. I would definitely recommend this motel.

Very nice front desk and staff! The bedroom and washroom were very clean. They had coffee in the room and at the front desk. The morning hot breakfast (with wait staff!) was a very pleasant surprise, especially since hotels have all but stopped offering breakfast. Very nice and accommodating! We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel room is super clean. Staff are super nice. Breakfast is included and fresh. I had eggs and sausage. Yummy! I stayed at many hotel over the years. Recommend 100%. They even had a pool. I personally did get a change to go swimming because of our vacation plans.

Not the highest quality, but the price was excellent, showers had great pressure, the staff were super friendly, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, making the value more than worth it.

The hot breakfast was delicious, the waitresses were very accommodating, whole staff friendly and kind. Cute little family oriented outdoor pool, with music and beach balls and lounge chairs, also have a bar at evening time with karaoke and Happy hour specials ...plenty of hot water, accessible ice machine, clean, adequate towels and bags for rooms given when needed...also always free coffee in the front lobby, tons of pamphlets for Erie attractions!! Great place to stay great pricepoint!!!

Pros: Room was clean. Water was hot. Room was well appointed, with two tables and two chairs. Mattress was fine. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Location good. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is via a coupon good at the diner attached to the hotel.

Cons: no towel racks in bathroom area. The diner staff were a bunch of wiseguys, although the food was fine.

Mattress was awesome! Not sure what variety it was. I would definitely recommend it it for anyone with back issues. Service was good. Will positively book here again!

The free breakfast experience was terrific, primarily due to the servers and the kitchen staff. The three servers were very efficient and VERY friendly, and our breakfasts were served promptly, even though the dining room was full. Having it served by such an exceptional staff is more enjoyable than the usual buffet style -- and, during COVID, much safer.

The items on the menu were the usual breakfast fare: eggs, breakfast meats, home fries, hash browns, toast, biscuits, muffins, and so on. They were tasty and well made. And seated at the table next to us was an Amish family consisting of a father, mother, and seven children -- all girls.

The room was not luxurious, but it was comfortable, and it had the extras that we need: a refrigerator and a microwave. I had to pull very hard on the knob to turn on the shower, but when I did, the water came out with appropriate pressure and at a good temperature.

We chose this hotel because the rate was low, especially for Erie in the summer. We got more that we bargained for.

Excellent place to stay if fishing the Erie tribs. The complimentary breakfast at this hotel is inside of the attached restaurant and made fresh. Bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast made to order. Coffee and juices, fruit as well.

The staff was excellent. They made you feel like you are family. The food was home cooked and very delicious. I forgot chairs to a soccer event one of them went to there car and gave me two. Very nice and outstanding. The pool was warm and very nice. I would stay there again. Excellent service all around. I would stay there again.

Room comfortable, clean & had everything one needs-even 2 folding stands for suitcases!! Staff openly, willingly, friendly, attentive, polite & helpful. Restaurant staff happily & comically friendly & attentive. Fresh hot breskfast off the menu is complimentary & really good! A fruit bar also. Good flavor filled arabica coffee [(I can't-just unable to) swollow java]. We left compliments
at the front desk.

We stayed Friday to Sunday, arriving late Friday night when the bar was in full swing. Our room was down not too far from the bar entrance. We turned on the fan and didn't hear a thing all night. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would actually choose this hotel again solely based on the breakfast. They give you a huge list of options, make the meal in less than 10 minutes and the servers were amazing, to put it mildly. I wish that every person I met had the personalities of the two weekend servers, they were so funny and likeable. Honestly, you can't go wrong for the price.

Even though this hotel want as expensive as the other hotels I have recently stayed in, I thoroughly enjoyed this one much more. The complimentary breakfast that went with the room was amazing. There was a small menu to choose from. Service was fast. Waitress was amazing and food was delicious. Usually you only get dry cereal and juices to choose from in a small breakfast buffet. This place amazed me. Would definitely stay again n recommend to friends!
