McDonald's

I can say I love your food ,,but I was short changed when I ordered a big order in the morning, and when I got all the way home, my husband and large fur son was able to eat, because someone left out my 2 achmuffins with bacon and egg and cheese. I called to tell them about it , and told the younger manager lady, which she apologized, and said it was her mistake.she then proceeded to ask me what my address was because she was sending out free coupons for m.y order and that was 6 months ago.

Let's just say that McDonald's will Always be the same but when it comes to the service, I understand that you have the kiosks now but You can't have 1 person stand and take orders for ppl and help when they're done. 2 older ppl stood waiting while ppl working just turned around looking and kept talking...Everyone Does Not want to order through the Kiosk.

Drive thru was busy but moving quickly.

The customers are very friendly. Hahaha. The atmosphere is very laid back. It's like everyone knows each other. We were surprised that people greeted us good morning. Not like in other places that people are aggressive.

Fast didn't have to wait but 2 mins from ordering to pick up window.

My experience is always good at McDonald's I like their service there good and fast and I I like the food but they need more vegetarian food I am I do not like meat

We don't need to use ATM when we have debit cards we have cash but I love McDonald's food but I wish they would bring back their meal you get six burgers Big Mac six fries and six drinks for at least $40 and bring back the fries with salt and put on them and their McDonald's french fries with sweet and sour and I should have contents free because when we buy the mail we would like our sides condiments they shouldn't have to charge us for it we pay for the food already we should get it free

Greasy Fast food at its finest

Quick and easy. I ordered from the app and used the curbside pickup. Despite coming on a Saturday around lunch time, the staff was very fast in delivering my food to my vehicle. I also like the new rewards program where we can get points on purchases for ordering from the app. I will probably return the next time I am in the neighborhood.

I give him a five stars because even though he got my drink wrong or rather put too much cream in it there was so wonderful and generous and wanting to make sure that we were completely satisfied. For that I want to make sure that I congratulate the employees that work at this McDonald's for being exceptionally hospitable. You got five stars for me.

A very pleasurable lunch experience. The food tasted great and the employees were awesome! That to me shows really good managerial skills happening at this McDonald's because that combination doesn't happen by accident. Keep up the great work everyone! I appreciate your hard work very much. Thank you!

Amazing place and nicest McDonald's I've ever been two. The employees are very respectful. Everytime I go there to get something to eat they never let me down.

Excellent McD Experience 😄

I usually eat a different McDonald's, but I went to this Rt 21 McDonald's as I was in the area, and got a very wonderful lunch. I had a 10 piece McNugget meal, and the nuggets and fries were very fresh and tasty. I love a good fountain Coke, and their soda dispenser was spot on. Couldn't have been better, great job!

WOW. So refreshing to encounter McDonald's employees who didn't ignore you at the counter. Pleasantly surprised to see the place clean and tidy! Wonderful to see healthy teenagers with smiles on their faces and eager to help you instead of overweight, sloppy, lazy adults who exude their distaste for their job. This is the McDonald's it should always be!

Had good experience, they made a little tiny mistake and forgot one of the Quarter Pounders, but they were fast in fixing it came and brought right out to car , with I'd say least under 4 minutes. So good staff
