An Incredible Experience!
After visiting 3 or 4 other furniture stores in town, we decided to try Living Spaces. What we discovered here was the option to select from an Outlet section for some pieces, while choosing to go Special Order with the ability to customize the configuration and color of other pieces. What a game changer! We found the main pieces we were looking for (couch/chairs) and loved the process so much, we will be back next week to pick out the rest (tables/beds)! Thanks to all the Staff who took part in helping us. What a place, what a Team, and what an Incredible Experience!

I was recommended Living Spaces by some coworkers who knew I was in the market for new couches. I was pleasantly surprised by their in-store selection, the friendliness of the staff, and how quickly they were able to schedule delivery of my furniture. I had read tons of reviews of 4 specific couch sets prior to arriving and just wanted to see them in person and sit on them before purchasing. Sadly, I didn't like any of the 4 in person, the greys were all too light for me, but I did find a blue leather set that is gorgeous and I got the last set in inventory in the warehouse 😁 Ordered Wednesday this week with a delivery of tomorrow (Saturday sane week). I'm excited about this set and happy with my experience thus far.

Great customer service from the time we walked in the door. Abril was amazing! She found what I was looking for at a great price. She was so patient, brought water, made me very comfortable.

This was my first time at Living Spaces and it did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in, an associate greets you with such a friendly manner that makes you feel comfortable to look around without being chased around the store like other spots. Reina helped us get our home furnished and was super patient with us the whole time! We left extremely happy and can’t wait to see it all come together in our home.

This place has nice furniture. Great service. Lots to offer as far as a variety of types furnishings. For those that need financing, they offer that as well with specials from time to time at 0% interest I definitely recommend if you need to buy some furniture for your house or apartment.

We found this store after going to American furniture and one other store.
We were very surprised that the sectionals were so comfortable and well priced.
The sectional out the door for less than other stores, plus taxes delivery charge and extended warranty still came in below other stores prices.
We will see how long it lasts and the longevity of the material.
The sectional was delivered the day after we bought it.
Overall we love it, if something changes I’ll let you know.

Our shopping experience at Living Spaces was extremely positive. We were there to purchase a sectional couch for our family room and our sales associate, April, did a great job showing us the many different options available. She was knowledgeable, patient and took her time with us. We never felt rushed and she showed us two visualizations of what our potential couches would look like.

We customized our selection and picked from about 100 fabric samples. She explained the production process and made the experience painless.

We will certainly be back whenever we need any furnishings or accents.

The whole team at living Spaces in Scottsdale was amazing. We already had an order in place and needed to add a few pieces to it. They were incredibly accommodating as there was some changes to our current order as well. They knew their inventory they understood exactly what I wanted and made the experience Awesome. I would recommend living Spaces to anyone/everyone.

Was able to get the couch I wanted and am so excited. I was guided by Michelle, she made sure I got the couch I needed and brought to the outcome of a great living room. Had excellent knowledge of putting together a fun and comfortable place to hangout in my house.

Stephanie is always great to work with! She helped us 2 years ago buy our whole house furniture and we came back asked for her specifically for nursery furniture and we found a great nursery glider for the small space!

I love to browse in Living Spaces: huge selection; nicely arranged “vignettes”; African-inspired pieces; unusual pieces, etc. Last night, my visit there took on a whole new dimension: I found the staff to be wonderful sales people. No one harassed me; yet, Sonya was not too far away, in case I had questions. When I finally took my selection to the front, she was there to help. Now, here comes the good part: There was some difficulty determining the correct price, so Sonya called for assistance. It was interesting watching the smooth teamwork: Sonya seamlessly took over the handling of another customer who was ready at the front; (?) Orlando (sorry, but we knew I’d forget at least one name - it might not be Orlando) helped with determining the price, with decisive input from the (obviously) head person, Maryanne (?sp). Then, Ernesto made the agreed upon adjustments in the computer and started the checkout. Listen, I was so impressed with the staff, and was having such a good time with these folks that I decided to buy a piece of furniture I had been looking at for two years! Everyone who was involved was so professional and so nice. I love this furniture store and will definitely be back for more items. Thanks again, Maryanne, for your decision re the price.

First time at Living Spaces off of recommendations. Juan was amazing! He provided excellent customer service and made many recommendations to make our purchase as easy as possible. He was kind, patient and was very informative.We added the protection plan, free delivery and were excited for our purchase and future needs!

So glad I went to Living Spaces. They had everything we were looking for. Our sales representative, Sylvia, was so knowledgeable, kind, and courteous, not to mention patient.
The store is laid out very nicely & it's easy to find what you want to look at with easy to read overhead signs to direct t you.
This is our go-to store for furnishings and more.

The store was clean and well organized. They did not have a lot of deal for Black Friday. However, they do have a special
Area in the back with items at discounted prices.

Juan and Armando (hopefully those names are correct), were super helpful! They patiently guided us through the process and helped us make our decision! We bought a mattress and a couch with their help. Juan was super knowledgeable in all the furniture and what would fit our taste! And Armando knew a wealth of information about mattresses! Together they made a fantastic team in helping us choose the right items for our space!! Thank you guys!!

Ernesto M was great. Showed excellent customer service and patience. He listened to what I want and did not try to give me something I didn’t want or need. To me, that is the best customer service in the world. My experience was great.

Yusef was a joy to work with. He greeted me at the door and checked on me throughout my shopping experience. He was patient as I vacillated between furniture options and he made suggesting according to what my family needs are. Wonderful experience!

Started looking for a 2pc sectional. As a former furniture store manager (east coast), I always look for great customer service. Upon entering, was greeted warmly and asked what I was looking for. I have not been in this store at all before so was not familiar with the layout, availability, etc. Was directed to what I was interested in and allowed to meander around. The store is HUGE, so bring comfy shoes. Various vendors/manufactures here. Some fabric choices are in stock, some are special order. They have mostly everything - upholstery, case goods, rugs and some accessories. I narrowed it down, as I know what I want when I see it, got some assistance and could not have been more satisfied. Next day, I went to the Latham location. Again - awesome customer service. That location has an outdoor back outlet area, so when you see something there definitely grab it. Michelle assisted me with a bed and mattress. I even found a great rug in that outlet area. Wahoo!

This place is not busy during the work week, thats the best time to shop here. The sales people are not paid on commission, they ask for a review once you make a purchase. We had several employees ask if we needed help, so I wondered about that. There's an outlet area in back where you can save money. The prices are lower and you can find some real gems. They also have home decor, area rugs, paintings, and some upscale patio furniture. There's a ton of kid's furniture too.
