Gail’s Furniture has exceeded my expectations. I customized my couch with the color that I chose at the store and received it on time within 3 weeks. Robert was/is amazing. He helped us furnish our entire house. We explained what we wanted and he sourced it. The delivery and assembly of the furnitures was seamless. Robert followed up after each delivery and made us feel special.

Really wish I was able to capture the pictures better as they don’t do any where near enough justice! But Robert at Gail’s did an amazing job helping us find the right furniture with amazing design, comfort, and quality. We got a full bedroom set consisting of a bed, 2 night stands a chest and dresser all matching along with a sectional and entertainment piece. Couldn't be any happier with our home thanks to them!

We went to Gail's to look around to see what they had and the quality of the furniture. Leo the salesman met us when we came in, the sales personnel was great no pressure at all which was very nice. Leo showed us around on what styles we were looking at, by the way he is very knowledgeable. We ended up buying a sectional from them and we are very happy with it also with Leo along with the delivery personnel. Thank you 👍

I highly recommend Gail’s Furniture. We looked for a sofa at so many places, and finally we found the perfect piece for our home. Robert was a huge help in the process. He really knows about colors, matching, material, and room sizing. This sofa is a beautiful, heavy duty, super soft, and elegant addition to our living room. We will be visiting Gail’s again to choose other unique items. We were able to get our sectional within one week also! That was a huge bonus because no other furniture store had such quick delivery. We bought several pieces from Gail's and had a very good experience. Our favorite piece was Modrest console pictured here. Leo, our sales person, was outstanding. In addition to the console shown, we needed an entertainment center and nothing seemed to work for the space we were filling. Leo had his crew modify a similar console by drilling cable access and ventilation hole in the back of the unit, so it could work as an entertainment center. Now, both consoles compliment each other and the space is beautiful. Very happy!

We have purchased a few items from Gail's and keep going back because we enjoy doing business with them. Pricing at Gail's is lower on average, and quality is similar or higher. And they provide excellent customer service - if there is an issue, they take care of you.

They are a small family run business, and have been in the area since 1998. Their showroom is packed full of really nice, interesting items. We have been to many furniture stores recently, most of them are either crazy expensive or boring. We like how unique Gail's selections are.

The most recent item we purchased was a chaise for my office/work space. I had been searching for just the right one for a long time, and was feeling a little frustrated. Leo went way out of his way to help me find the perfect one. I was able to customize the fabric and the quality was way better than what I had seen so far, and the price was similar. The chair is absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and showed up with two accent pillows that I wasn't expecting. I generally don't like extra pillows (too much work managing them), but the fabric was so pretty that I'm going to use them.

Another thing they do really well - work with many vendors to offer tons of options that you don't see in their showroom. Example: We picked out nightstands, but didn't like the color options - so Leo was able to show us colors on another item, and order the pieces with that color.

Leo is really knowledgeable, and my interactions with other employees has been positive. I definitely recommend checking them out next time you need furniture. A photo of my chaise is attached.

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by an associate y the name Mike who assisted me and answering any questions that I had! He gave me outstanding customer service and they have amazing deals in their high end furniture and decor!

It has been a wonderful experience working with Gail’s Furniture, from start to finish.
We originally came in to look at a couch that was already on the floor; but, after talking to Robert and seeing one of the couches they actually make themselves, we opted into doing a custom sectional through Gail’s.
After we decided on our color palette & material selections we submitted our order and our couch was completed and delivered within 2 weeks!
Robert made the process easy and stress-free.
We love our new sectional!

From the start Leo was very helpful and attentive with helping us find the furniture we were looking for. I was looking for a vanity and after looking at a lot of the ones they had, he helped me get the best one. As for our couch, he always listened to what we wanted and met all of our needs. We are overall very happy with their service, and furniture.

I spoke with Mike and he was very kind.. Mike went out of his way to accommodate my price and needs, as the chair I found was perfect. I have a serious health issue, and to have this chair is making it possible for me to be comfortable in the future. I am so grateful for his kindness and willingness to go way beyond excellent customer service to work with me on waving the delivery fee, taxes

We purchased our counter height chairs from Gail's Furniture and had problems with all 4 chairs. We brought them in numerous times to fix. Our sales person, Leo determined that the chairs had a design flaw. Even though we purchased the chairs over one year ago, he took the chairs back, gave us full credit and replaced the chairs all in a very short period of time. This is why my wife and I like to buy locally. Thank you Leo and Gail's furniture.
