I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Roger! I visited to get double-sided tape for my window vent shade that was falling apart. Roger was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He not only guided me to the right product but also gave me useful tips on installation. His willingness to assist made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Roger at AutoZone for his excellent customer service!

I had been trying to figure out what to do with a bucket (with no lid) of used car oil from our son changing his own oil. I walked in with a clearly unconventional scenario. Was met with a quiet, slight, black man (I only mention these details, because I did not catch his name, but would love for him to know how much we appreciated his help.) --who went out of his way to help me. So kind, thoughtful, helpful.

I was traveling from out of town and called the local store. Chris put my parts on hold and had them pulled and ready for me. Rodger finished up the order and made sure I had everything I needed. Customer service was awesome and the store looked great.

Great experience here today. Came in to get wiper blades and the kind gentleman there asked if I needed help installing them. When he came out to change them, he noticed it looked like I had purchased the incorrect ones. He came back inside, found the correct ones and installed them in less than 5 minutes l. Awesome customer service, I wish I had caught his name to give him a personal shout out!

Bruce was very polite and I enjoyed talking to him about my challenges with life. In addition, he was kind of to show me where the products I needed. Finally, as I was visiting the area, he told me some good places. Highly rec. Bruce at this location.

Genuine service and care is what I experienced today. I received a greeting before walking in the door and I was asked how I could be helped. Before I could even pay for the part I needed, a service employee had my vehicle prepped for the part change and another service employee got the part off of the shelf for me while a third employee was ringing me up. At the closing of payment, the first service employee had my part installed and my vehicle ready to go. I thanked all three for their genuine professionalism and care.

James helped me test a ignition coil and ignition control module on my truck. Much appreciated.

AutoZone in Aberdeen is awesome!! From James in commercial to Milton at the front counter. In fact, I called Milton on my way to the store today to ask about a battery for my Dodge Grand Caravan. He confirmed he had the battery and the price. I told him I was on the way. As I arrived, I was on the phone. Before I could end my call, Milton came out the door and started replacing my battery. Now that is customer service!!

I pulled into Auto Zone on February 12, 2021.......it was 5:50 pm....a very cold and rainy night! I went inside and was immediately greeted by a nice young man named Matthew.

I told him I needed windshield wipers for a 2014 Genesis Coupe. He quickly remembered I had called earlier so he went to the windshield wiper aisle. I told him I didn't want the most expensive wiper...neither did I want the cheapest one. He was back in mere seconds with 2 Duralast Flex Blades for $18.99 each.

I paid and then asked if someone could put them on for me. He said. "Yes, I can." We went outside and he was in the rain and cold, trying to get them on.....to no avail. When he told me he couldn't get them on, I nearly started crying

He immediately got on his phone....pulled up Youtube...watched a video....went back to my car and in minutes, had them installed.

Auto Zone....keep Matthew! He is a rarity in today's world!! Thank you, Matthew!!

I stopped in to have a quick scan to check for problems since my check engine light is on. I was told I probably require an oil change since nothing came back and I had just had to put oil in right before the light came on. The AutoZoner was very polite and professional.

Very helpful and took a refund that was a day late and made it possible for me to return it so i could get my money back. Not many employees will go the distance like this anymore.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Only place willing to help with the check engine light due to COVID-19 precautions and helped solve my engine issue.

As Always.... GREAT customer service, on point when answering asked questions (some....others will pretend they don't know or flat out lie) and prices way better than O'REILLY's!!
