North Bay Sourdough Deli

This was my first time trying this place and I love it. Great place for great sandwiches! Very clean inside and the workers are very friendly and inviting. Probably the fastest place for a sandwich that I’ve ever been to. Literally placed my order and sat down to look at the time and then my sandwich was already ready. All the ingredients taste and look fresh. The bread is great, crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

My only possible complaint is that they’re not open on Sundays

It was my first time going to this deli and I felt super welcomed! The staff is super friendly, and the portions are very generous! I got the #1 and the #9 both very delicious options! The wait time was also super short, I think I waited like 2 minutes for my sandwiches?! Totally recommend for anyone who has a short break time or lunch 👍🏼😋

The workers are so helpful and they seem like they love what they do! Glad me and my boyfriend decided to try this place out!

Also, the sandwiches are so big you could definitely split one with someone or save it for a meal later. So the price is worth it in my opinion. Hope this place does well! Seems very welcoming and family oriented🥪⭐

Great sandwiches, staff is super friendly and helpful. Good choices and everything tastes fresh. Atmosphere, it's a sandwich shop don't know what you could expect. But it does smell good inside so that's a plus. O yeah their prices haven't ballooned out of reason either.

Got a variety of sandwiches (chicken salad, pastrami and vegetarian). All were amazing! So fresh and flavorful! The sourdough is the best I’ve ever had. Everyone was kind and super helpful. Support this new local family business

I found my neighborhood deli! My sandwich was made with love and you can tell the sourdough is amazing. Family owned is just a plus for me. Their house made spread is my new favorite. Bacon so thickkkkkkk I literally can’t stop saying good things. Thank you!!

Love Sourdough sandwich places, so was very eager to give this one a shot. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer a few questions about some items I was unfamiliar with.

I had the Hot Pastrami with the Habanero and Sriracha spread, yellow mustard, pepper jack, and black olives. Absolutely delicious (although I can't lie, I had hoped the habanero and sriracha combined would be spicier, but still tasty!) Large enough sandwich if you are super hungry to fill you up or save some for later.

They have a nice selection of chips, drinks, and sweets. They have special sandwiches that I will definitely be back to try. Dining room was very open and spacious!

Soooo good! I got the turkey and cranberry and everything tastes so fresh. The bread is amazing and the cranberry sauce seems to be homemade. The pickles on the side are perfect.

Theyre very affordable and taste better than the other sourdough places nearby

This place is legit! Huge sandwiches with fresh fluffy sourdough bread and lots of fresh toppings. We had the vegetarian, turkey and the pastrami and turkey. Zero complaints, all positives. Prices are reasonable as well. Support local business!

This is a gem in Cotati. The staff was incredibly friendly and I was served one of THE best sourdough sandwiches I have ever had. Highly recommend the chicken pesto sandwich. It was so good I ate one there and then ordered one to go! 🔥

Took a chance on this place when a friend and I were in the area. So so glad we did! It was AMAZING! The bread was awesome; it was soft and you could tell it was fresh! The entire sandwich was delicious! I wish I had thought to take a picture before I devoured the entire thing. Make sure you try their special sauce. They let us have a sample to make sure we would like it. So glad we did because it was good! The service was wonderful too; they were so kind and helpful. Go get yourself a sandwich, you won’t regret it!

I wanted to try out a new restaurant that offered fresh sourdough sandwiches and I was beyond impressed. The quality is top tier, the staff was friendly and my sandwich was out the door in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend trying this place out, 5/5.

Finally managed to come by!! Apparently I got the wrong date for the discount but that's ok, I wanted a sammich and I GOT A SAMMICH!! Turkey + salami on marbled rye with Dijon mustard and no onions. Perfectly shredded lettuce, exactly what I wanted and def worth the wait! LOVE that they carry Boulder Canyon chips, and hope they bring in some of the crinkly ones 🙏🏻
