Excellent! Reminds me of what great customer service is supposed to be. Although Juan usually assists and this time Jefferson and Bianca assisted me with an order and a return, everyone else is amazingly helpful, polite, friendly and efficient, even go out of their way to assist with installing a battery or windshield wipers for example. It's really impressive that you don't even have to ask, they offer! Bianca goes above and beyond to make sure the correct part is ordered and that you don't spend more if you don't have to. Incredible customer care! Not to mention, the store is clean and organized and almost always stocked; when something must be ordered, it often arrives the same day if not the following. Bravo!! Flavius was great! I just got back from a trip, and my battery was dead, they were prepping the close the store, but he stayed late to install my battery. Great service!

Chuck helped me with a warrantied battery exchange. He was THE MOST friendly, helpful, and efficient parts associate I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Great place 4 mostly all yure needs

Best Auto parts store in the area. The customer service is always exceptional and you never have to wait in lines unless they are helping a customer. I live near the auto zone in norwalk and drove out of my way today to avoid that nightmare experience. D.K had no problem helping me pick out a battery and went out of his way to install it for me within 5 minutes. I'll continue to come back here whenever I want great service and prices!

I had gone to a competitor a couple of days prior to going to Advanced Auto Parts and had a bad experience. I didn’t want to return although I still needed my battery tested. I went to the Advanced Auto Parts store on Westport Ave in Norwalk and they were incredibly helpful. Thank you for your excellent customer service Briana P!

After a terrible experience at “other parts zone” went to advanced and couldnt have been happier. Kristina was super helpful and pleasant, and was able to help me with everything I needed. Definitely my first stop from now on!

Cristina with no H helped me first thing Tuesday morning, in the snow, replace my windshield wipers. She was efficient, pleasant and patient with me. She even went outside in the snow and replaced them for me. I was and still am extremely pleased by the price of the items I purchased and by the service I received at AAP. I strongly suggest going to this location for any of your emergency car needs. I've yet to have an issue with AAP and I have been frequenting this location for years.

My car had a leak in the hose coming from the radiator which I was forced to fix right there in the parking lot. I did not have the correct tools needed and they couldn't find any in their supply either. The associate let me use one from the shelf and she totally saved the day for my family and I! All of the associates there were super friendly, if I ever break down in that area again, this is the first place I will go!

We had to replace our battery and this store made it so easy. We bought it and they did the rest! Installed and took care of our old battery. It was way cheaper then the dealership!

The BEST reason to shop at Advanced Auto Parts here on Westport Ave. in Norwalk is the STAFF.
I am not a car guy. I drive them, but I don't understand them as well as I should and I've never been into the car culture. I've always found that I feel judged or that I'm at someone else's mercy when I deal with any kind of mechanical automobile issues.
Not so, not here, it's a pleasure to deal with the gang at this place. There are at least 2 other auto supply stores just as close and just as convenient. A lot can be said about anyone who makes the atmosphere in a business like this open and welcome to everyone!
As of the writing of my review the Manager is named DK and at least one associate was named Martinez but all of the folks who I've encountered there are really great! They make you feel like they're helping a neighbor, not just a customer.
If you're in the area and you have a choice to make... Give these folks a try and tell 'em I sent you.

Called up and inquired about a car battery and they verified they had it in stock. I arrived battery and it was waiting for me and they installed it for no charger, which other places charges 25.00 + battery. This the same day couldn't ask for more convenience

Very professional service. Most parts are onsite or available within 24 hours. Prices of non-sale items are comparable to other chain stores in the area. Significant discounts on weekly sale items.

I needed a battery. They tested mine, agreed, and replaced it with a new one. No charge to test or install. Nice transaction.

Been going here for the last year. They have come through every time. Prices may be a bit higher than ATZ, but they always have the parts I need. Also the checkout process is fast - no having to go to different lines to pay or get the parts.

Recently I buy few items there but I get the wrong ones, but I have a good experience with Bianca, she help me out to get the right items,

Very helpful and friendly people. Thankfully I have one nearby, but I would drive miles to get to one. They are far superior than the competition in my opinion.
