Hoque and his team were next level helpful! Traveling from NH to NJ we had a battery issue- they were wonderful on the phone and then in person as well even more so.

The store was busy yet they balanced helping us and getting us back on the road quickly as well helping other customers. Even being super sweet to our one year old crazy toddler.

The store manager Frankie was extremely helpful and great! was traveling from New York to Massachusetts today. I had a 3 hour drive left to go. It was pouring out and my drivers side wiper broke. I found your location on Google and drove there. The store was busy yet Frankie managed assisting me and the other customers as well. I am especially thankful for him as he put the new wipers on and got me back on the road quickly and safely.

I wanted to give a big thank you to Frankie! I went into the store needing a few things but did not know exactly what to get. Frankie was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He came out to my car installed my wipers, even took the time to help me glue my mirror that was broke and secure it, AND changed my car battery. I do not have enough kind words to say about the helpful service I received!

When we needed a new car battery, Matt went above and beyond in helping us. He made sure we had the right one to start. Then offered to install it. The terminals were practically bonded to the battery. He was not dissuaded. Worked through that and made sure everything was in good shape before we hit the road.

He also told us what parts we would need to make a few repairs with, and did all of it with a smile and never made it feel like it was an issue to help. Thanks Matt!

I went to get new windshield wipers and Frankie B was the associate there at the time. He helped me pick out the best ones for my car and also helped me install them. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Thanks Frankie B !

I was visiting family last weekend and had to change my brakes and rotors. Trace and Eslen took care of me! I came up there a few times to buy and rent tools and they were there for me up until closing! I was literally the last customer of the night!

Came in for headlight replacements today and was greeted and helped by Frankie. He demonstrated top notch customer service and went above and beyond helping me today. Thanks Frankie!

I came in because I was having trouble with my car battery. I think Frank was the associate that helped me, he did an excellent job explaining everything to me, he was so patient even though the store was so busy this afternoon. I cannot recommend the service here enough!

A huge thank you to Houque for helping me out and resolving a Check Engine light issue. Correctly identified the code and corresponding part needed to remedy the problem. Ordered the part, which was ready the next morning, and went above and beyond to recommend a competent and fair mechanic. So thankful, as I’m trying to keep my old and heavily relied upon car on the road, and was able to fix this problem swiftly without breaking the wallet or having to deal with crazy expensive dealership. Much appreciated.

This shop usually has everything in a nice display setting that you would need. Great customer service, Frankie helped me choose the right windshield wipers for an old car and also assisted with clipping those to my car. He made sure the wipers worked well before I left. Very happy with the service and purchase. This is my new fav location!

Amaizng Shop. The managers and workers are also amazing as well. I want to specifically shout out Matthew for helping me out and what I saw, help all the employees out and customers. He’s a very good manager in a great auto shop.

Went in for a simple brake light bulb. Dude was friendly, suggested I also purchase the bulb grease to go with it. In n out super quick, I'm happy
