Very pleased with the drop and hook No overnight parking

You have to call in on the intercom as soon as you come in the person that I spoke to was very pleasant. They do have construction going on here but you do have room to maneuver.

First time delivering here. We had a 07:45am delivery apt, we were done by 08:15am

30 min for loading.

Easy in out

Was very nice and prompt with unloading. Got in and out in good time. Tight docks (#12 and 13) and have to blind side dock.

Security is impossible to understand thru intercom. No signage for trucks once in facility. Little confusing. Fast at unloading

Good people ........ fast offloading....... docks 1-10 don’t have back from blind spot can turn from front of 12&13 .....

I’ve been here a half dozen times and they still don’t know how to load out a balanced trailer, it’s Always heavy in the rear. Small lot to park empty trailers, can’t go in bobtail if you have a preloaded trailer. No free samples, don’t know what else to say.

A driver sent here to pick up a load and asked if I could use the bathroom prior to leaving with my load and was denied. What a despicable way to treat someone. I can't imagine treating a person visiting our terminal that way.
