Both my husband and I had a great experience with this branch of T-Mobile. Woody and his team helped us get into new phones and an affordable plan. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to track down info for us. A very professional and fun store location!

Great store with amazing sales reps. They go above and beyond. This store in particular is constantly involved and sponsoring events within the Kingston community! It doesn’t stop at the end of the sale, they are always helping customers with onboarding and trouble shooting their devices! Easy access with no steps.

Are you excited to be spoken to as though you're an imbecile? Does the idea of being absolutely disrespected entice and excite you? Then come on down to this location! I am willing to lose my phone number to avoid dealing with this particular location, and I say that with the utmost intent and a very unattractive lack of irony.
