Dani is the greatest employee Verizon wireless has ever employed. The rest of you can learn a thing or two from her. As a matter of fact, we all could learn a thing or two from her.

I have made several purchases with Michael and others at this store. Every time it has been a pain-free experience even with my normally impatient nature. You made the transaction delightful.

Had a very pleasant experience there, my new phone set up quickly and efficiently. The manager working there,Dani was so sweet and so kind. I would recommend going to her any time you would need help with your phone. I felt very welcomed to be there. One of the best Verizon experiences I ever had.

I love this store. The staff is super friendly and helpful whenever I go in, and go out of their way to makesureour technologyisworkingthe best for us. Remember our manners as customers, these people work on commissions so leave a tip especially when you purchase products online and then take them to the store for these guys to fix. I would like our little store to stay open for our convenience but we need to make sure the staff that helps us needs help too.

I just had a very nice experience and noticed there are some really smart people at Verizon in Kingston. I am an individual with a disability and I need extra help and Brayden, the Solution Specialist, did an excellent job. Thank you for the support and fast solution time. After having nothing but poor experiences at this store over the years & having left them poor feedback, I am going to change my tune. I went their recently because God has decided to turn off my old phones, 3G whatever that means, & I had to buy new ones. Not wanting to deal with the traffic in Silverdale & the insane wait time, I elected to not go to the corporate office & instead tried the Kingston store, again. For a change there was no long wait. I was waited on by Jessica, the manager, & she is first class. Very helpful & very knowledgeable. Went out of her way to get me a great deal on 2 new phones & has tolerated my being not only a dinosaur, but being electronically challenged. Her right hand man, Michael, was equally helpful & very pleasant. Appreciate the help, thank you!

Every time I have come into this Verizon store I have left very satisfied. When I've returned because I'm unsure of something with my phone I am treated very respectfully

All around a good good experience before and after the sale. Jessica was very helpful, the phone we wanted was out of stock but she found a way to get it from a different store for us same day. I also had an issue(dident love) with the screen protector and they switched it out immediately no questions asked.

Brayden was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Over the years Verizon has given us great cell coverage and fantastic service.

This Verizon store is a small town experience. Even though the 1 person staff was busy when I first came in, he was polite and apologetic about the wait time. When I came back and he had help, I was given superb and quick service. Everyone talks to each other while waiting and it feels like a small town gathering place. I appreciate the great service!

I’ve been to the Kingston branch twice recently, once for my husband’s new phone and recently for my own. Everyone that was involved during our transactions were helpful, professional, and friendly. They were communicative about the process and the options. If you’re going to a Verizon store, get to this one.

5 different clients showed up just before 7 and he stayed and helped us all and made su r even we were taken care of and not trying to push us out the door. Silverdale store I was there to pick up my curb side order and was in a parking spot and a little while later they came out locked the door and went home with me still waiting. Then they sent back what I went to puck up cuz I guess I wasn't fast enough at picking up my product. Thanks kim

I have been a Verizon customer for over a decade. I've been to many store and bought many products, but this was my first time going to the Kingston store. This was by far the best store I have ever been to, and Matt was awesome. I've never been so entertained while waiting for my phone to be setup. I'll never go to any other Verizon store again.

Drew was so helpful, friendly and had a good understanding of the products. It was a busy time and he and the manager worked well at acknowledging and getting to everyone. They made the long process of getting a new phone and transferring my information as pleasant as possible. It's nice to have a closer location to work with.

My wife and I stopped in to switch her from and older Motorola phone to a newer Samsung phone we had purchased. Andrew and his coworker whose name I did not catch helped us. They were great - very positive and knowledgeable. We also upgraded our service with a cost savings. It is a larger and more open store so you do not feel like you are sharing in all of conversations of the other costumers. A good experience - Verizon should have more stores like this.

Awesome!!! Ryan and Brian couldn't have been more helpful. We have two new phones, I recommend Kingston Verizon, great store. Ryan helped find the right phone for me and my son.he was very personable. I feel my son will be safer having a phone available to him.
