Good service about 85% of the time and most of the food is usually prepped fairly quickly as all things considered to be "Fast-Food" should be.🤩
This place is conveniently located if you are wanting to make a quick fast-food stop while you are going about your day.-Breakfast at the very last minute before your kiddo(s) are off to school but still want to enjoy something yummy together; even if it is only a short car-ride from Mickey D's to their school.🥹🥰😇🤑

Sometimes I order ahead at this place. This place looks great after the renovation.
My order was done very quickly. But this time I decided to have a coffee ☕, and it was a little too watery. Almost no coffee flavor. I don’t know why.
Hope the coffee lovers are getting what they want. 😉

Thus McDonalds is the only one that gets the order right and the food is always fresh. Always have smiles, inside is very clean and exceptional customer service.

The workers are super friendly and they seem to actually take pride in their work which translates into great service, food, and an overall experience that makes me feel like I should have left a tip.

I'm a McDonald's gal through and through. I've been to every McDonald's in Tacoma, and this is easily the best McDonald's. The most consistent and the fries are almost always perfectly salted and crunchy. Also, the staff at this McDonald's are easily the most friendly and usually look pretty happy. There's this super cute older gentleman that works there that is always extra nice and when you order for pick up he brings out a little tray with the sauces set up....like it's just that extra touch of love that makes me absolutely adore this McDonald's.

McDonald's high quality standards apply here too, but after Europe I can't get used to the fact that the service is much slower and sometimes dirty inside.

Wonderful fries! And they cost a dollar less than the other fast food place I have tried. A whole dollar! Actually $1.05 less. If I had to quibble, I would be willing to wait for hot fries right out of the fryer, Once they sit for even a minute or two they cool off and I can't eat my large order before they are cold. I would love to see them 'made to order'.' Not sure about anything else, I only come in for the fries.

No refills Anymore is horrible

Went thruogh the drive thru and order lunch for us the service was exelent the person taking the order was very attentive and asked questions as to my needs. As I reached the window I was greeted , witch is something they normally don't do. My food was ready without any waitingtime. As they handed me my food, the lady handing me my food waved goodbye and wished me a great day. What a great experience!

Of course a lot of people trash McDonald's and other fast food places, and while I don't personally recommend eating at any fast food place every day (unless you choose to have a salad or a healthy menu item), I will say McDonald's has done a lot of positive things in recent years to offer more healthy choices and has done a lot to help people eat better. Having said that I love their French fries. The staff at this location are very good at getting orders done right and getting them out quickly. 5 stars from me.

The woman who took my order was very nice and pleasant. The restaurant was clean and neat. I had the hotcakes which were served with plenty if butter and syrup. Half the price of IHOP and almost as good.

I give these guys 5 stars because I never get my order messed up. The food is always hot. The people always have a laugh or a smile with me. 10/10 will use this McDonald's if I am in the area.

Love this location. We drive out of our way to go there. Food always hot. Accurate on our order 99% of the time. Friendly staff. We went to a different location today and was very disappointed.

Just grabbed breakfast through one of my top picks for drive through food choices. MacDonalds. After ordering my food and on my way to the pay window, i began panicking... I forgot my cash... Of course the drive through line was moving faster than my phone could call out to get my card turned on. I was luckily saved by a macdonalds cashier angel. Using the promocodes that match my order. she saved me from humiliation and being the reason why the drive through was backed up.
My potential disaster of a morning was saved and turned around by her act of kindness. Now Im inspired to pass along a act of kindness/good deed. To keep the positive energy flowing. Thanks again girl!

Great crew here! I am a UPS cover driver so I experience many different McDonald's locations both delivering to and dining at.

I worked at the Puyallup McDonald's for 3.5 years as my first job and can tell the difference between the good stores and bad. I never wait for anything here, food is always hot and fresh. The employees are all top notch. I've met the manager and I can tell it comes from the top.

So many locations have been degrading in quality in recent years so it's nice for me to see the type of service we had when I worked there. Keep it up.

It's a basic McDonalds but it's good. They also have a touch-screen ordering system that I got to use for the first time. The interface was easy and responsive and convenient for me and the kids to spend a little time figuring out what we wanted.

Plenty of parking space (although it shares some of it with the shopping center nearby) and the interior was clean.

This is a McDonald's, so I'd imagine you probably know what you're getting into. This location is newly renovated, so there are order processing screens and self-help kiosks set up. It's a nice location with a variety of seating arrangements -- it's all very accommodating, especially with TCC being so close. I've never had a bad experience when I've gone. The location used to do a special offer where, if you bought a meal and had a TCC ID, you could get an ice cream cone for free. They have since stopped this offer, which is kind of sad, but it doesn't really affect anything nowadays, so taking stars off in a review seems kind of cheap.
