If you need affordable vans, this is the store for you. David was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the type of shoes I was looking for. He had the best customer service I've ever encountered. I would highly recommend buying shoes here.

While shopping, several employees asked if we've been helped. Even while waiting in a long line to pay, an employee (David) was asking everyone in line (including us) to see what they were going to purchase. Making sure everyone was getting today's promo. Great customer service! Thank you!

Staff is great. Very helpful and kind. They advise you of sales and offer their help with shoe styles and what's trending, what matches your wardrobe. Very nice and helpful people. Cashiers were great. Mine helped me not miss the mix and match deals on my purchase.

This store is the best. Not only do they greet as soon as you come in but all the employees check to see if you need anything. Very helpful. Walked out so happy and got two pairs for a great deal. Manager is doing an amazing job with the staff. Will come back again.

Went today 3/27/21 & Employee names cassy helped me out so much! Such a good asset! She went to the back to check if they had any shoes that I would like, came back and had patience with me. Super great!

My son buys Van's. He swears by them and they in return take care of their customers! A couple of months after his our visit where he bought two pairs, a box arrived at our house in his name. He opened it to find a free pair of Van's thanking him for his loyalty. Now that's customer service!

GREAT deals but one, get one half off + no taxes,,they were a steal! Donations to autism gets you a cool bag as well.

This is perhaps my favorite Vans store and let’s say I’ve been to almost every Vans store in Texas. My husband is in a band so when we travel, we stop at every shoe store. The employees were VERY helpful and their dress code was totally rad. My husband and I got attended by this beautiful young lady named Corie (red head, tall... she’s not hard to miss) and she literally brought us every shoe size and style until we made up our minds. Her manager with the colored hair is a different story!! She was so rude and kept looking at us like if we were some thieves... other than that, Corie and the other associate (can’t remember his name) were very patient and humerous. I will be returning when my husband gets back on tour!!

Kids love the shoes, and they always offer buy one get one free. They occasional offer deep discounts at the end of season.

Wish they had more nightmare before Christmas and harry potter but the guy was very helpful. Great store!
