Friendly greeting as I entered the door. New trainees were involved with my transaction - replacing battery for iPhone 6. Had made an online appointment , saved $10. Service was friendly and quick despite many customers arriving and calling while I waited for my phone. I will return to this store for all my battery needs.

These guys are great. I called in on a Saturday morning to get my S8 screen replaced. Took it in that day and 2 hours later I had a new screen. They were $30-$60 cheaper than the 3 other repair companies I called and the only ones that could fix it that day. They even gave me $10 off since I had to wait in store twenty mins past their estimated time.

Easy to make appointment online - I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Manny checked my phone out and replaced the battery. Whole process took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. My new battery indicates 100% capacity. I am happy with results at this point.

LOVE this place! I was nervous to repair my phone (especially since companies make you afraid to) but Shane, Tristian, and Jordan were so helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. I wasn't even expecting my phone to be done so fast especially because I needed a new screen AND battery (on iPhone 6S), but it only took an hour! I also wasn't expecting to get my phone fixed the same day, I thought I'd have to schedule a day or so in advance but I scheduled it same day for like a few hours after I went online (ALSO got that $10 coupon which was nice.)
I'm definitely gonna come back to these guys if I break anything else, they're knowledgeable, super fast, and give amazing customer service.

I got my samsungs battery replaced the other day and the process was quick and easy. Manny helped me out and made sure everything was working properly for me. He was polite and made the process very simple for me. I'm very happy with my new battery.

I needed to get a screen repair on an iPhone. Reserved an appointment time online. When I arrived at the store, I was quickly greeted when I walked in the door despite them being busy with other customers. Attendant was friendly and knowledgable and service was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this store and plan to go back (god forbid) if my phone screen ever breaks again.

I dropped two 18V drill batteries off on Friday morning to have the cells replaced since the batteries are obsolete. The store called me early Friday afternoon to tell me the batteries were done. I picked them up and they work great. Very happy with the service.

Excellent fast service. Fixed my daughters broken iPhone screen in under one hour. Very fast and friendly. If you need your phone or tablet fixed, this is the place to go. My daughter was so happy to have her broken phone back in an hour and the prices are very reasonable. There was another place close by that I visited first and I am glad they weren't there.

iPhone battery replacement was completed within the hour. Battery health is back to 100%.

I needed a replacement lens for my Samsung Galaxy S7. They had the part in stock and were able to perform the repair quickly. I also had the battery replaced since the mobile was a 2016 model. They gave me a discount on that since they were already charging labor on the primary issue. The technicians were very friendly. I tried to have this mobile repaired at a nationwide chain but they would not work on it since I purchased it "refurbished" even though directly from Verizon. Just a bit snooty. Shawn the service tech was courteous and expeditious. He had the job done when he said he would and it looked perfect. This is the second phone I have had serviced there and both have been done right the first try. I will return for phone repair or battery needs.

Love this place! So helpful and friendly. They have replaced 2 phone screens for me in the last year. Fair price, quick work. Which is important because no one wants to be without their phone long.

Brought my iPhone 6 in for a battery change. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. It took 30 minutes for my battery to be changed, without an appointment.

Samsung S7 Edge battery was replaced today in about an hour. Phone is working perfectly. So glad I found out you can replace the battery in an S7 Edge. About two years ago, at the Verizon store, I was told me they could not be replaced. NOT TRUE. No need for new phone!!!

They did an awesome job of fixing my wife’s destroyed iPhone screen. They also fixed the vibration without charging me for it. I ordered a battery for my camera as well and the hooked it up. Great service.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus here to have a broken screen replaced. They did a great job. I really appreciated the ability to schedule the repair online ahead of time.

My Samsung S6 Active is notoriously difficult to crack open and replace the battery, but Shawn (Sean?) came through and saved the day! Awesome job, highly recommend!!

Very good service. Fast battery replacement in spite of a lot of walk in traffic. Staff is very personable. Very knowledgeable. In today’s times, it is tough to find good associates, but thisb store seems to have suceeded. I will be back!
