Dave & Buster's Vernon Hills

Drinks were on point every time I bought 4 drinks total had me right. And a grilled salad was everything. Customer service was good and the atmosphere was very soothing. I will be back, thank you.

Not impressed with the entrees, pre-made patties for burgers, weak chicken fingers, real good fries, a couple nice deserts.
Waiter didn't want to offer refills while the servers/table buss people were more attentive.
Fantastic multimedia TV area around the bar.

Best and newest video games around. Great bar to watch sports with a large selection of drinks. Restaurant with wonderful menu choices. Great and friendly customer service. Use Dave and Buster app for greater convenience. VR ride is fun. Elevator access to second floor for handicap individuals. Plenty of parking.

Cassandra was the absolute freaking greatest server ever. Matter of fact I will be contacting management to give her an accomodation.... Due to the lackluster tip my son left ..... PS we were there celebrating his graduation from Navy boot camp so I would imagine that no one is Worthy of an exceptional tip in his eyes. Please note that is not a reflection of the service that you provided. Her customer service was so on point it reminded me of the pre covid world please let the new hire Shadow her use her as an example. I would strongly consider her for a management position. She has got to be great for company morale.

Had a blast with the kids! Staff were so kind and accommodating. Clean restrooms, games, tables, and dinnerware. Haven't been to a D&B since 2015, I forgot how much fun they were for the whole family.

Ok, it was both my daughters bday and we all had a great time. One thing I will say is that all you can eat boneless bbq wings, the barbecue sauce really doesn't taste like barbecue. Needs a better flavor or better sauce... Aside from that, all the other food we had was delicious and our server.He was great

We went to this Dave and Busters for a birthday. Rose was our server we'd never been so she made sure we knew what to do with our tickets. The kids were busy and Rose gave us the best service our drinks stayed full she didn't miss a beat. Then the dessert was so decadent. If you are looking for a place to take the family this checks all the boxes. I'd ask for Rose too she was an awesome server.

It has been a while since I've been to a Dave & Busters and I did not regret it. The dimly lit dining area, atmosphere, the amazing food and drink selection, and friendly staff made for a delightful late dinner. Highly recommend. 5 stars across the board.

I held my son's birthday party here. We did opt for the private room. That's definitely the way to go for big parties. We had great service all around. The food came out on time and it was very good. Our waitress was awesome!! Definitely on point with everything we needed. We had a great experience all-round.

Had a blast with my 6yo son. Spent about $110 on chips, played for a couple of hours, and still had chips left over to come back the next day to play with the whole family. Food was really good, our server was great (I think he said his name was Kaleb 3/10/24 lunch shift). We'll definitely be back.

Lots of Construction going on in the area, but you can't tell once you walk through the front door. Great environment for both kids and adults. The whole family had a good time. Dave & Busters also has good promos if you eat there as well. You are able to get "free playing chips" for each dollar you spend on food up to $50. Games are simple, fun, and include the popular characters that everyone knows. Fun!

05/21: We frequent the Hawthorne mall but had never gotten around to visiting Dave & Busters until recently. On the birthday we took the kiddo there and it was the best! We didn’t get time to try the food though but the arcade games were so good that the kiddo & the dad had a fun time there!

5 🌟's is the only way to rate this place. Great atmosphere, better than average food and everyone is friendly. Definitely a must do to break the monotony of every day work or travel.

Me and my partner went to this Dave and Busters and were blown away. The games were fun as always, but I was happily surprised by service at the bar. Our waiter Justin and his manager Jamal are great examples of the kind of employees you’d want in any profession, and will make sure to come here more because of it. 11/10

Games are always in working, good condition. Wish it had a few newer games Ive spotted at other DnB locations but it's got a couple unique things. Good place to bring kids, family, or friends. Would recommend.

DDR white cab running A20+ (Still online as of June 2024) Cab is modded with flush screws, flush-ish panels, and sensor sensitivity mods. The cab used to be one of the best in the area but that status isn't really held by it anymore. Still feels great and it's maintained regularly. Great place to play A20+.

The bartender was polite and service was excellent. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the presentation of it blew me away. It was more than I asked for which was good. And let's not forget it was delicious 😋 There are numerous games to play. I had fun 😁

Very good place for games for teenagers and kids. We had a play date with 9 members and it was a blast. Staff were helpful and self service kiosk was easy to load and check your gift points. Virtual reality was a super hit..kids enjoyed..😀

We always have a blast when we visit here. The food is really good and our waitress was super nice and patient, as we took up a table for a couple of hours while the kids all played games. It's a little pricey, but it's definitely a fun place, once in a while.

We came to celebrate my son’s girlfriend’s bday here. We had lots of fun!

I’m shocked at how great the food is here! We ordered take out and the Latin Life Bowl is so delicious!! I only grabbed a photo of mine, which had shrimp. The Chicken Parmesan looked so delicious I couldn’t help but take a few bites. The Chicken Cobb looks really good. We got crispy wontons with shrimp dip and truffle fries… both also really good.
