HOM Furniture

I have been so pleased with my experience with HOM Furniture in Brooklyn Center . Krysta has been helping me pick items for my new home for the last month . She has been wonderful and I am very happy with the quality of everything I have purchased.

Krysta worked with me on two occasions and ultimately helped me select five items for my newly renovated living room. She was unbelievably patient, always listening to me, and then making suggestions when I was having a hard time making decisions. She helped me move past my narrow comfort zone.

The selections were perfect with one blip. One item came damaged. I worked with Customer Service trying to get the item repaired in a timely manner. Although they tried their best, it was looking like I would have to wait a long time for the replacement parts. I then contacted Krysta, who ultimately figured out how to get it done. A tech came to my home a few days later and did a great job making the repair—all in time for the holidays!

Krysta was our design consultant and was amazing! By asking a few questions she knew exactly what we needed. And it was exactly what we wanted and it looks great! We were looking to replace some chairs…and ended up with an amazing living room! We are so grateful for her help…as we do not have an eye for this sort of thing. I would recommend her for all your decorating needs.

I needed to find stylish and comfortable furnishings for a corporate apartment on a budget. The sales consultants, particularly Yero, were patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I found four unique pieces - to start - and am excited to pull it all together.

Really enjoyed working with the designer, Krysta. She gave us awesome ideas to decorate our new space and was really helpful with picking pieces in our ideal price range. I recommend working with her!

Me and my husband walked in with a good idea of what we were looking for. However, the store had more options than expected. George was our helper for the next hour or so as we sat and discussed what we liked and didn't like. He was knowledgeable about fabrics and was quick to answer any questions we had. We found the perfect couch and couldn't be happier with the experience. Even my husband who hates shopping eventually sat in the massage chair and let me fish up the paperwork. We walked out feeling happy and accomplished. We even high fived. There was no rushed or pushed feeling at this store. George made sure we knew all the options from clearance to the best of what we were looking for. I recommend going even if it's just too look around. 10/10 No complaints what so ever! Great place to look at furniture...Kira did a great job helping us find just the right item and giving us 5 star treatment. It was quick and easy highly recommend her if you are in need of new furniture!!

Shannon was my salesperson, patient, pleasant and all around gracious person. I loved her personality, she was very helpful with me making my decision on purchasing my mattress /box spring set. Thank you for hiring her and her for helping me.

I got a fantastic deal on Black Friday for a reclining sectional. Did my research 1st online knew basically what I wanted. Walked in looked around for a few minutes. Was approached by a delightful store rep, a new employee, that did great. I made my purchase within 20 minutes of being there. And got an adorable pig that flies decoration that I couldn't leave without! Thanks HOM!

Went in for a couch in the bargain shop that our dog could lay on by the window. Andrew approached us and simply said "If you need anything my name is Andrew" it was a great experience and we found what we were looking for. Andrew checked us out and set up our pick up for the next day. We were in and out in about 45 min. Check out took all of 15 minutes and we got our couch cheaper than expected. Love it.

Kira at the HOM store was awesome! She knew where I needed to go in the store for my items, and was low key and still very helpful and quick to get answers needed. And the store had great quality at a good price, and they offered delivery services to help me set things up.

Andrew P of the Brooklyn Center Hom store was very friendly and knowledgeable about questions we had on different types of furniture. We looked for a sectional, fireplace, and coffee table and he gave us a lot of details to help us decide and try to match things up. We found items in both the regular price and clearance section that we liked. This store has a big selection and Andrew listened to our likes and dislikes and we found a great sectional. He also didn't hover and our sale went very smooth. Delivery was easy to schedule and Anthony delivered on time and super friendly and fast unloading.

Krysta was so patient with me. I had a newly finished basement that needed to be fully furnished. After personally visiting my home She sent me great style ideas and really went out of her way to find many options and layouts. I’m so happy with everything we picked out!

I had a great experience working with Mark, Sue and Shannon. They took their time and expertise to help me find the things I needed for my room. They were friendly, patient and helpful and very FUN to work with. I will be back!

I enjoyed shopping there because I loved the furniture. The Andrew was very polite and professional who met my needs. I will come back and get more furniture. The prices are good. The flag throw was an extra treat. Thank you!

My wife and I were at Hom furniture in Brooklyn Center, the sales woman named Mellissa greeted us and let us roam without sales pressure till we found what we wanted .She gave us color options and all the options,and she was very pleasant person.

We had the pleasure of working with Sue, who was SO nice and SO knowledgeable. Happy to answer all our questions and even helped us pick patterns for the pillows to go with our new couch! you could tell she truly cares about her customers. Even suggested a few color/pattern options and took us by the light to see them. You hardly ever see customer service that great anymore so it was very refreshing. I will be coming to her for ALL my furniture needs in the future! Thanks Sue!

Visited here looking for a couch and home decor. Here are some cute things we found. We went today, Saturday and it wasn't busy, which was nice. The salesman were a little too eager, but I get it. You can eat cookies on their second level too! That was nice.

Andrew helped us get the best price for the living room furniture we wanted. He let us shop and patiently waited without hounding us. We felt 100% comfortable. We’re definitely shopping at his store again!
