Camino Creek

Just moved into the Camino Creek community. I was very happy with the upkeep very clean and peaceful community. The people in the office made me feel at home and made the process of owning my home a very easy and pleasant experience.

I've been living here for about 10 years now, most with my parents but me and my boyfriend rented a house last year together and we are now buying that house. I've seen lots of managers but Eli and Joseph have been the most helpful, Joseph most recently. He's always answered our texts/emails quickly and responded appropriately. He made an offer for us to buy the house a few months before our rent was up which we declined. But he worked out another deal which ended up working better for us and has been so helpful in the whole house buying process, which was new to both me and my boyfriend. There are some flaws in the community, every community has some, but the entire management team there now is very professional and friendly, Joseph makes a point to ask us about our lives outside of renting/buying, and are working hard to improve the community. I do recommend living here!

We brought our new house here in 2016. We are an older couple and we like it here. We maintain our own yard, though, you can have the property management take care of your yard. I am a gardener and enjoy working outside in my yard.

Though there are community guidelines here, some may feel they are too strict. But, we feel guidelines need to be in place in order for order to be maintained with many residents. But, the guidelines need to be equally enforced. It appears at times that some get away with things. When other residents question things here, I refer them to the community guidelines and/or management.

We recently were awarded 2nd place for Yard of the Month (May 2023), our first. I work extremely hard to keep my yard/lot and home looking great! It is hard at my age, but it makes me happy.

I will say, no place is perfect. But, we like it here.

First off I would like to say huge improvement. Sara was very polite and helpful, answered all my questions. She made me feel welcomed and showed amazing customer services. 10/10 recommend. Ruby was also very helpful, a lot on her plate but still managed to assist me and answer questions. Great management. Keep it up. One happy resident

I'm so impressed with the new staff here! The new management has held back on taking full charge of everything. The manager has a kind fair and stern reign of the property. I am very impressed. Jasmine has a smile that is to die for which lights up the room. Destiny has a heart as big as Texas for people and animals. Living across and looking at the pool I am very impressed at how the pool can stay so blue. I'm very proud of my community and to be able to call it my second home. Keep up the good work!

We just moved into the community a few days ago. We have had a great experience getting into the house that we wanted. Once we moved in there were a few minor issues, but they have been addressed, or are being worked on. I am impressed with not just the service of Destiny in the office but of the whole of the maintenance crew. Everyone that has had to come into our home has been professional, kind and courteous. Destiny has been professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable. She has sincerely wanted to help us get into our home.

Like most places in the San Antonio area, they are in the process of revitalizing the neighborhood, and therefore there are going to be issues. I am very happy with the house and with the community. I look forward to having many great years here.

We had a great experience working with Ruby closing on our home. She was very nice, answered all our questions, attended to all our needs. She made the process super fast and easy all while making us feel comfortable and confident with our purchase.

If you follow the rules (which are printed out and signed at time of move in) and pay your rent on time, you won’t have any troubles. I like that they try to keep the community clean and looking nice because I don’t want to live in a trailer trash place

Camino creek is a nice quiet community it has it has awesome people is it's a good place to live it has a basketball court swimming pools there is every now and then a little violence but the community helps and looks out for each other at Camino Creek I reckon highly recommend in a place to live at it is located right by a great School district you got plenty of stores around you you got Walmart gas stations everything you can possibly want and driving distance....

My mother bought a 20 year old mobile home here about 6 months ago with a generous down payment and a 10 year mortgage she's planning to pay off in 5. She couldn't be happier! With either the home itself or the park -including our neighbors and particularly with the onsight staff, Jazmin, Destiny, Misty and Marrissa. Jazmin Green was apparently phenomenal to work with and ma considers her more that just one of the reps for the park/property management co, she considers her a friend. Growing up we've owned 2 houses in 2 different metro cities in Tx and rented houses or appartments in Texas and Iowa so I have a healthy sampling of properties for comparison and this place is great! I was worried about how close we are to neighbors and noise but its been a nonissue. The only time I ever hear a peep is when I have my bedroom window open and even then its no different than any of the housed we've lived before and is much better than every single one of the apartments. It really makes me question why all the stigmas around manufactured housing...maybe some features are a little well..."little" like the entry doors...overall this place is better built than I ever expected. And apparently the maintenance or repair costs are a fraction of the cost in a traditional house which makes my mom happy. Thank you Camino Creek, and Yes properties...you ROCK!!!

I have lived at Camino Creek for 5 years, and now that the new manager, Marissa came in, things have been changing for the better. I'm happy with the change and appreciate her attempts to go above and beyond to satisfy her residents.

Miss Jasmine is real nice and she tries to help you in any way that she can the ladies in the office seem so nice in-kind the real cool you can actually have a conversation with them and the neighborhood so far so good it's real nice and quiet everyone sticks to themselves

My wife and I relocated from West Texas and looked at several places and chose Comino Creek and have been happy with the staff who are very professional. The community is quiet and we have been pleased with our choice.

Been living out there for ra year now. They keep the neighborhood cleaned and we'll maintained.

My mom lives here and they are very nice inside and out. Nice looking community and no drama.

Great place bought my home back in 2021 and the community just keeps looking better and better

Very nice place to live, this subdivision together with Kriewald are very nice and neighbors very friendly as well. Schools are very good. I believe this area is very safe and family friendly. Totally recomended

Really friendly staff. Spoke to Sara. Everything was clean and had a positive energy. Will definitely move in soon.
