New Orleans Social House

We stopped at the New Orleans Social House after eating elsewhere, but we have had the food at Tommy’s who operates the kitchen and it is very good. The service was good and polite and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. A nicely decorated place with good music, not too loud or too low. An enjoyable spot to have drinks with friends.

Great experience for sure! The bartender ladies were attentive, friendly and efficient. The drinks were great and the food was decent tasting. It is such a cute spacious place with adequate seating. There are some cute couches and chairs placed throughout the establishment. The bar, island and middle floor standing seats presentation is appealing to the eye. I’ll definitely be back!

Went the night before Francine hit. Was rather lonely but we attended very well! Cool feature that you can order food from either the Social House or Tommy's. The chicken alfredo did not disappoint! I ordered the pepperoni pizza from Social House's menu, super fresh dough and nice cheese pull! Had the Prickley Pear Sour. Not too shabby! 9 out of 10!

The bar/restaurant is a whole vibe. The crowd is great. I love the idea of seating yourself. You do have to go to the bar and order your drinks and food and then they give you a number. When finish they will bring your food to the table. You do have to pay for everything at the bar which I don't mind at all. The vibe was middle to upper class when I went. So dress nice and come on out and enjoy yourself. The sliders were great, and let me tell you about this Cajun popcorn. Please go and visit.

I love NOSH; I work close-by and am so happy to have this place in the Arts District! I always recommend it to friends when we are looking for place to meet up, and it never disappoints. Awesome happy hour with $.50 oysters, and the best taco night on Thursdays.

Came here for the happy hour - and the cocktails, food, and especially the service were all great! The bartenders and staff were super nice and attentive. We tried lots of the small plates (including $2 tacos on Thursday), raw oysters were on point, and the French 75 was excellent. For the price, can’t beat it!

A much more relaxed and Soc¡al vibe than next door, but the same high level of F&B quality and service. Definitely a good place to meet friends or co-workers after work for small bites and drinks! Adding this and Tommy’s to my work’s recommendations list!

I only came for drinks and can highly recommend. The staff will be sure to take care of you. If you don’t see a specialty cocktail on the menu then ask the bartender to recommend something. But do them a favor and know what liquor you’re looking for and if you like sweet, sour, Smokey, etc.

If you need some help ask Ben to make you (a) “Naked and Famous.” Truly one of the best I’ve had. Great balance of flavors and the mezcal come through perfectly. It was so good I got half way through before I thought “I should take a picture for this review.”

In sum: good “fun-social vibe” with phenomenal staff and drinks. I’ll be sure to try to food next time!

Just spent a week in NOLA for a conference where the space was rented during the day for a work event. Tyson was amazing!! We were always out of diet coke cans but without even asking, he would always have a fountain diet coke waiting for me when I walked in! 10/10 service from Tyson!

Great place to link up with neighborhood locals to catch a football game and bar food. The wine was priced right having half off on all bottles. Also, the Social house has the same menu next door if you are wanting Italian food, you just need to ask. The bartender was very helpful and friendly.

Atmosphere was great and peaceful. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted and were served. Our orders were delicious and accurately prepared.

Ben and Terri were amazing. Had the Cherry Blossom and they were amazing. They were very polite and worked well together. The atmosphere was very fun and inviting.

Cute place for insta pics. Still chill enough for small talk. Hype enough to have fun. Good drinks. Comfy seats. Upscale and modern. Check it out.

Biggest freaking oysters I've ever seen!! Tyrone shucks them well and is an awesome entertaining guy. Gigi keeps your drinks cold. You want big delicious oysters this is the place! Look at the size of them 🦪🦪🦪

The bartenders Nay & GG are TOP TIER. The food and drinks are soooooo good. The ambiance is a vibe. The Playlist is full of bops. Add this place to your rotation.

Came by to meet friends for some cocktails and light appetizers prior to dinner. Great ambiance. Love the interior and live piano. Very classy. Would be perfect for Date Night! Great service too. Shrimp spring roll and Lobster Tacos were delicious!

Gigi was a phenomenal server , i never came to the social house before but she made my experience better than expected. Our drinks were made on time , she understood exactly what we wanted, was very patience with us (this is so rare in the New Orleans outing scene) I will be back because of her, if you want to go ask for Gigi you will not be disappointed’

Great place in the middle of the New Orleans Arts district! Oysters are really tasty! Happy hour is really good!

Phillip, our bartender is a well trained Micologist. He even knew how to make Pisco Sour. Dont skip on the fresh sucked oysters either!

I love social house. It’s my favorite date night and girl night spot. Gigi is my favorite bartender, so sweet and she’s very attentive. She makes me feel welcomed every time I come. When I come alone, she’s my go to girl to chat.
