We went in yesterday to upgrade our phones and we had the pleasure of dealing with Jimmy Fish. He was wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. Never had the feeling that he was trying to haggle us, just that he was trying to help us get exactly what was best for us and keep us as close to the line we wanted to stay at as possible. Got us exactly what we needed including the best accessories to keep our new devises safe especially for our little ones, and he had no issue staying past the close of business to make sure we were well taken care of and everything was set up for us. Very pleased with the service we received from him and I would ask for him again in the future! Thanks Jimmy for all of your help!

Our experience here was perfect! Jimmy the salesman was beyond helpful making everything easy to understand, to the point, and making sure we got the best plan and prices that suited our situation. We are about 45 minute drive from this location but will come back here specifically for his expertise and kind mannerisms!

Jimmy Fish is a life saver, I lost my phone over 200 miles away in my buddy’s truck. Jimmy assisted me with finding my buddy’s phone number, helping me call him so we can meet up so I can get it back. This young man takes customer service to a whole new level. Masterclass service.

Hey! This is a shout out for Jimmy at the Triadelphia T-Mobile! I am not tech savvy and was having so many problems understanding my phone and plan. He patiently showed me how to fix my phone and even wrote it down for me! He also showed me my plan and when I would be eligible for a new phone. Super helpful and very happy 😊

I simply cannot give any higher praise of helpful, courteous professionalism than that which I received recently from employee Jimmy! This young cat is EXACTLY the sort of knowledgeable and enthusiastic gentleman I would want working for me at my business. Jimmy went above and beyond - rifling through my Samsung phone, which was doing goofy, unexpected things. He did and "undid" several things in my settings and eliminated my problems for me. It now works fine.
But read this; Jimmy knew going in that I was not there to place an immediate purchase, that I simply need help and advice. He actually greeted my arrival smiling "Hi. What can I do to help you today?".
After only 20 minutes I almost feel as though I had made a new friend!
If all of the other employees there at T-mobile (and I haven't met any) are of the same caliber as this young man, their store will surely ROCK!
I will return there again in a heartbeat!
If Jimmy and fellow employees of his caliber are not given a salary raise, a bonus or a substantial promotion in status, then watch out; the owners may soon find themselves working for him!

Went in with my old Galaxy S8 which I was having issues with and left with a new S23 and the Gateway internet service.
I live in an area with terrible internet through Frontier and have been stuck with their service because they were the only option but now TMOBILE offers the Gateway internet and it was only $30 a month compared to the $130 a month through Frontier.
All my devices are now running so much better without dropped service everytime the wind blows.
Jimmy who helped me was absolutely fantastic at getting me on a new and better service plan since I was a Sprint customer, he spent extra time getting my apps and such off my old phone onto my new one. He was wonderful explaining Everything, from phone plans, to internet service and setup.
He is very knowledgeable and such a breath of fresh air in this customer service world. So personable and polite, even when he was talking to another CSR on the phone. He really takes pride in knowing all the information to make him outstanding at his job. (No we aren't related) there is just so much bad customer service out there, that when I get top notch service, I think they should be complemented for doing a great job. He went above and beyond at informing me so I could get the best plan and save money.
I also observed the manager and another customer service rep while I was in the store and both ladies were very polite while talking to customers.
I would recommend TMOBILE and the Highlands store to anyone looking for a new phone or other device.

Came to TMOBILE at the highlands to upgrade a phone. Jimmy was awesome and helped up fulfill our needs. Also helped us ordered a custom color phone for myself. So much help and very friendly.

This was my first time at this store. We got home internet & the process was very quick & easy. The workers, Jimmy & Amber was super friendly & helpful which made the experience all the more better! We learned about different deals through T-Mobile too & now plan to switch phone providers in the near future! If you're looking for internet, phone plans including family plans or anything else, go to the T-Mobile store in Triadelphia at the Highlands! You won't be disappointed!
