AutoZone Auto Parts

I stopped by the AuroZone Parts store to do a quick review, but it turns out I stayed there a lot longer for two reasons. First, I found hard to find parts for my vehicle I had to have and second, the staff kept me there. They kept my there because they were so welcoming, genuinely caring and engaging in conversation. Normally, I go to a store to shop or get information to conduct a review; however, I couldn't leave because the staff and the manager were so friendly and engaging that we had a good conversation. I felt so comfortable here and I enjoyed my experience at this location because the staff demonstrated a level of customer service that can't go unnoticed. I mean going above and beyond the usual,"did you find everything that you were looking for" dialog. They nailed, they really made me feel like I was their number one customer. The pleasant atmosphere and truly clean store with the added benefit of having a very cool staff says a lot about the AutoZone culture. There were no empty shelves and the products they have here are almost hard to find anywhere else, but I found them here. I really enjoyed my shopping experience here at the AutoZone located off Route 7. I recommend anyone reading this to visit the store to get their next auto parts, you'll thank me.

Went there today for the first time to get wipers not knowing anything about it. Aaron was super helpful, explained to me the difference between the different kinds and went above and beyond to to make sure I was buying the right thing for my car and how to change it.

This store is great always great to help out.

Man, compared to the former staff that worked here three years ago, the new store staff is so much friendlier. Like night-and-day difference.

This AutoZone is a block from my house so I go there often. They are always helpful and friendly. My son and I appreciate that. After crawling out from under the car, it's nice to have a good experience at the auto parts store.

This store has verg nice helpful associates. They help a lot everytime for me to find my needed items and they have saved my day multiple times when nowhere else had what I needed. They are so knowledgeable and helpful in their products and try the most to help even if they don’t have the product.

Very helpful bunch at this AutoZone. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a safe trip back home from D. C. If I’m ever in the area and in need of anything auto, this will be my to-go spot.

We went to this Autozone yesterday for a battery check…the ‘check battery’ lamp had been on for two days. Mugheese made sure they had the battery we needed in stock and then installed it for us. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Thanks to Mugheese and Autozone for a very pleasant and professional experience.

John Judge was the most polite and helpful auto parts customer service reps I have ever dealt with. He located my parts at another store and helped me figure out how to get them.

Always helpful and friendly. When they aren't knowledgeable on a topic they don't make up stuff, they are honest about not knowing, which is great in my opinion. If they aren't sure they still try and be as helpful as they can without being misleading.
They are my go-to auto store. Except for oil and oil filters, they are a little pricey in that department. That stuff adds up.

The manager Josh helped me out buying some windshield wipers. He was very knowledgeable and helpful . He installed them for me as well.

Very handy location, extremely knowledgeable staff. They always help me find what I'm looking for, even when half the time I don't know what I'm looking for. They even have advice on installing, and they sometimes help install parts when it's not busy.

I don't why so many people rate autozone 3 star's they what we need and their customer service is really good I think it's cause they won't take off extra parts to get to the part the customer trying to replace that's cause if something gets broken autozone is responsible for it I get why they can't now you know

Went in to get a new battery for my truck and Megan installed it perfectly. Friendly staff and clean store, definitely recommend.
