I just wanted to put how amazing this auto zone is. My battery has been kicked for a few days and we went to advanced auto parts and had no luck with replacing a battery the. We had called Auto zone and they said yes of course not a problem at all. Once we arrived the guy who spoke to us on the phone was not the person who helped us initially. The person who first helped us was insisting that we buy a charger to take back to our home to fix ourselves and would take 3-5 hours. Even told us that they do not replace batteries. So we obviously think that this is the last resort and the other worker (Josh) over hears our dilemma and says we can just change out your entire battery no problem. He comes out changes the battery in no time! We were even going to tip 50$ and he kindly says no. Just give me a review. So this is what I will do Josh! You have your amazing review!!!

My headlight went out on my way home from work and had ordered a bulb on the way to the tripleseven auto zone in sterling. The employee, Josh, was extremely helpful. He changed both my headlight bulbs with no hesitation. He was quick and efficient and didn’t seem upset about the work. He went above and beyond!

So helpful and friendly. They will help you make an educated choice and won’t make you feel stupid for not knowing a lot about cars. I went here with my parents to buy and have installed a new battery when theirs suddenly died. We tried a local auto shop but the wait was really long. The staff at AutoZone took care of us and had us driving again in under 15 minutes. We will definitely be back when we need a battery again!

I had the best experience in Autozone due to Josh. He helped me twice, one week ago with my air condition refilling and today with my batery recharging. In both cases he had the knowledge and the experience to identify and fix the issues. I am so grateful with him and I absolutly recommend it.

I came in hoping for an answer as to why my battery had been acting up for about a week - expecting to need a new battery and hoping to save money from avoiding auto repair shops. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They recommended buying battery cleaner for less than $10, instead of replacing battery (I do not know very much about cars, so I was a little hesitant that was the only issue). He cleaned it for me right in the store and I have not had ANY problems for over a month. Highly recommend this location and appreciate the honesty. Thank you!
