Burger King

I love this place so much. The staff is so kind to me and my kids. They go above and beyond. We now come here once a week for a snack so the kids can play somewhere warm while we wait for my older son to finish weight training. My kids wanted to know how much sprinkles on their dollar soft serve would cost, and they weren’t sure, so the manager said, “Oh, don’t worry about it!” And got them tons of sprinkles. The kids lit up!

Today, I miscommunicated about my son’s ice cream cone, and the associate apologized for his misunderstanding- and it was totally my fault- and told us keep the extra one, and he would make one the way we wanted. It wasn’t busy here, and most places would have just blamed me and thrown away the extra one.

I think they’re using good discernment in going above and beyond for us because we plan on continuing to come here weekly and bringing the whole family for our “fast food cravings” trips.

I like THIS specific burger king because they serve lunch food during breakfast. Noble Manor BK don't/wouldn't do it. So this BK is my go-to when I want a burger at 8 or 9 in the morning!

It took a while in the Drive thru at least 30 minutes. But I will tell you them 3 employees was running the whole restaurant. They did a awesome job. The lady that worked the speaker and window was fast and virtuous and not to mention awesome and very kind and nice. Well worth the wait will go again with the same wait time. She said there was 1 guy working the back. A manager in the front . the awesome lady in the drive thru..they was kicking butt getting it all done all by themselves. They should all get a raise for there work ethic. Great job y'all💜👍

I usually have a typically negative experience when it comes to Burger King. However, after just leaving their the service was really great she was super friendly and went out of her way to be nice. I wish I could leave her a review on my receipt. However ,my friend threw it away. Bought at 11:34 pm on June, 15th 2023. Was my visit. I want to make a point to say that I made a mistake on the order. Where most people would have been treated negatively. She was super kind ! Definitely will come back for that experience!

The store was clean.. And the food was good as always. The only thing that I didn't care for was one of the doors where locked, and we had to walk all way around the building to find a door that was open.

The parking in front of the store was full and we had to park on the side where the door was locked.
But other than that, it was good.

The service at the drive thru was slow. They didn't have enough help. I left to go somewhere else. I came back I was able to order. The food was just as good as usual.

Best location in Pittsburgh. Clean, awesome staff and quick service. And, if that's not enough, they LOVE AMERICA!!

Tried the new Bacon Melt and liked it. It's not Hardee's Frisco Burger, but nothing else is.

I went through the drive through, and had a small problem with my order. It wasn't too big of a deal, but I went in to get it fixed. Sarah was running around doing multiple things while still providing a great customer experience for me and many others. Always with a smile and straight to the point of making sure my problem was solved. She has officially earned a customer for this BK.

I really enjoyed the service here. The cashier made me smile. She was down to earth. When the computer was messing up, she made it pleasant with humor. I wish I knew her name, I'd definitely call corporate and let them know she needs a raise!

Cheap price. Taste good. Fast service. The ladies at the drive through are always nice and even turned me on to the app and coupons. My order is rarely messed up here compared to other fast food joints. Thanks Marissa!(Malissa?)

The food was very good and the employees were very friendly. My order was filled correctly and the food was hot and the drink was cold.

Quick and yummy! The Manager there was so sweet, my boys wanted kids meals but one of them wanted chicken fries.. Well chicken fries aren't apart of the kids menu, therefore no toy. My son, who is 3, was upset but understood. My 6yr old

I never like Burger Kings, this one however has the best customer service and some of the nicest staff I've ever. And they are always more than helpful if there's been any error, this is like the only restaurant in Robinson where the entire staff is welcoming and courteous.

We got into Pittsburgh late, this BK was the only thing open. The woman working the window that night was amazing and friendly. The food was typical BK fare, but it was well made and served with a friendly smile even at midnight.

Employees were fantastic! I will never go to McDonald's again. They have bankers hours plus rude employees. Burger King is really good and not afraid to make you happy. Get your money's worth there! Thank you Burger King

The workers are very helpful, polite, professional and friendly.

Every time I go to this location I get amazing food. Simple as that.

Food was fresh and had a great taste. I had to pull forward because items weren't ready but I only waited for three minutes and then they brought everything out to the car for me so the entire experience took me less than 6 minutes.
