I know Bill through a different business, he is friendly and honest. Even though I dont have a tattoo, I do like his professional manner throughout the years I've known him. He always texts back to me when I have a question. Great gentleman to know and trust. Thanks Bill.

I have known and been tattooed by Bill for over 30 years. There is nobody in the business with more skill and experience than him. On top of the quality tattoo art work, Bill is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He and Lori will make you feel right at home in their shop and will work with you to find the perfect tattoo. Getting a lasting art piece is too important to go anywhere else.

There is rarely a day that goes by when I don't get a compliment on one of the tattoos that Bill did for me! He is a true artist and his work speaks for itself. He and Lori are the most professional, friendly people and always make me feel super comfortable. They are also genuinely awesome people! Highly recommend!!!

This is hands down the best place to get a tattoo! Bill and Lori are so friendly and welcoming! Bill is currently doing a sleeve tattoo on my arm and it's AMAZING! I came in with some expectations and ideas but what he has delivered has far exceeded those expectations. His artwork speaks for itself. The shop is always clean and inviting, definitely worth the drive to Newcastle.

I was introduced to Bill Liberty in the late 90's by a friend who had both black & gray, and very colorful tattoos done by Bill in the 80's, that still looked great. Bill & Lori run a serious business, where cleanliness and safety are the highest priority, as evidenced by their taking part in a UC Davis "Be Smart with Body Art" campaign a few years ago . Both Bill & Lori do fantastic work and their Newcastle shop is not only an environment suitable for tattooing, but almost museum-like! These are a couple of the reasons my friends and family all get tattooed there.

I’ve been wanting a peice of art tattooed by Bill for a long time. He’s done great work on my son and I couldn’t be happier with the chest piece he did a few month back. Lori couldn’t be friendlier, runs a tight ship and Bill transformed what I was looking for right before my eyes. It was done in three installments and they worked around my schedule no problem. Bill is an old school, no nonsense guy and that’s what I love about him and his shop. Thanks for the awesome piece and it won’t be my last. Shop is extremely clean and welcoming too.

Bill did my half sleeve and shoulder. I can honestly say I get a compliment on my work at least once a day. I wanted only color, not black and greys, on my first trip. And then he did X-ray type flowers for my second trip.
I get extremely nervous and anxious when I go in for my tattoos. To the point where I feel like I am going to pass out. Lori always brought out the candy bowl and would even bring me a Gatorade to keep my sugar up!
I’ve been to other shops where the music is blaring, the shop is dark and stuffy and the artists are unfriendly and have a “too cool” attitude.
This shop is bright, clean, and when Bill starts his work, he has Lori put on a movie for him to have on in the background, it’s a comfortable at home feeling.

I was told about Liberty Tattoo from a friend. I went in for a tattoo and continued to rerurn untill Bill completed my sleeve. He also did an awesome piece on my leg. I love how friendly Bill and Lori are! Their shop is clean and sterile and yet comfortable. Super satisfied with the work Bill has done on me.

I have gotten 2 tattoos from Lori at Liberty Tattoo. My wife has also gotten 2. Just by talking to Lori she drew up our visions perfectly. We are so happy with the results. Bill was not worried that I had never been tattooed and that I wanted my first tattoos on my feet. He has a great personality and is easy to talk to. I love my tattoos, they are 4 years old and still look like new! He really knows what he is doing and is great at what he does.

I have only trusted both Bill and Lori to tattoo me, and a lot of tattooing they have done. Their shop is so clean, you could eat off the floor. They are amazing folks who genuinely care about their clients. They always make me feel like home in their professional, yet very comfortable environment!!!

After seeing Bill's work on a friend of mine I went to see him to discuss my first tattoo. He took a design that I had in mind and created an amazing piece of artwork. For those who would rather get their ink in an Art Studio rather than a shady Tattoo Parlor. Clean and Quite without the questionable characters hanging around like it's a local hangout. Appointment only so "YOU" are their sole focus. No distractions. You have your time slot, and it is just that, your time. As a bonus, you become part of the Liberty Ink Family. Gotta give a 6th Star just for that!

My favorite people to get tattooed by. They make you comfortable and do AMAZING work. I now live in Montana and I am planning on going back for more work. Wouldn't go to anyone else.
