Savo's Pizza

Even when it’s packed you’re treated to a warm smile and quick service. If you are bothered by people asking you if you need anything don’t go here. The 20 minutes I was there I was asked 3 or 4 times.
The food is made with top shelf ingredients even the garlic and oregano shakers on the table you can taste and smell the difference . Recipe is the same for the last 45 years I was going there.
Currently wing specials on Wednesday put others to shame. I would never order take out pizza because the non baked has specials and tastes so much better coming out of my oven 12 minutes later.

Just ordered lunch upon returning to the area from South Florida. Food was just like we remembered 15 years ago. Pizza light, crispy and tasty. Texas cheese burger and Texas footlong unchanged.. Food very tasty, reasonable priced. Would recommend and will be returning.

Savo's has been loved for years. We were happy that it stayed open when the other location closed. They have workers who have been there for year's too. So it's nice knowing you have people who know what they are doing and who respect the place. As well as, treat the customers kindly.

By far! My fav pizza place of the area! Cheesy gooey pepperoni pizza!! 🍕 great bites!! And combo deals!! Dine in or take out!!! You can dine In! Take out or delivery.

Great pizza friendly staff

Don't have any idea why there are such bad reviews--it seems to me that someone wants to sabotage the new owners. But the pizza is GREAT--better than it ever was. This is "Savo's style" pizza not the limp, greasy round stuff with rubbery cheese which passes as pizza in most chain style pizza shops including DeMuro's. Nor is it Old Forge style (which is delicious), but is Pittston style with soft cheese that melts into the sauce, no onion, on crispy rectangular cuts. It tastes like it did in 1965 except back then the slices I ate in the shop on South Main Street were cut into squares not rectangles.

Love their Round Pizza and chicken bites

Simply the best square pizza in the area. The wing bites are pretty good. Prices could be a little better but at least the food is good. The restaurant is clean and staff is excellent. Would highly recommend.

I grew up on Savos, so I may be biased, but this pizza is phenomenal. I wish I lived closer so I could enjoy it more often!

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was fast and the food was delicious.
I read mixed reviews about the new ownership and rumors they discriminated by releasing an employee (dishwasher) with a disability. Turns out the rumors were false; the new owners downsized the staff and installed a new dishwashing system. Savos continues to be a top notch family restaurant which is expanding its menue of delicious food.

The fish sandwich was surprisingly great. All the food was fresh and higher quality than expected. Friendly service, and a nice, family atmosphere.

The wings, pizza and salad are always on point. We drive thru the area a few times a month this is always a stop for us!

I have been dining with savos for years! My favorite is the sloppy Melvin with sweet hot sauce! 10/10 reccomend!!!!!

Texas double crust pizza was phenomenal my family of four enjoyed our family night great food.

Delicious food! Try their square pizza. The crust is light and airy and their pizza is delicious! Also try their Sweet Hot wings or wing bites. Very delicious!
