Auto Zone is truly my favorite place to go for car parts. This is the 3rd car that Auto Zone helped me with parts.

I woke up to a dead battery, right before the kids were supposed to be at school. After my wonderful neighbor boosted me off, AutoZone was the closest place for me to get help because I couldn't make it to the school, as my car was scooting. I rolled into AutoZone, Covington Pike and at 1st, Carlos let me know that he was understaffed and the next person wouldn't be in for a couple of hours.. 😔. When he learned that my 3 children were actually in the car, he hurried to make sure that I was taken care of, while watching the store. Thankfully, there were barely any customers at this time. I received excellent customer service and my children were still able to make their 1st classes. Give Carlos a raise! He was WONDERFUL!! Make no mistake.... Some may say that he should've helped, even if the kids weren't there but playing double-duty in retail, is no joke. I can handle me but compassion for kids is a different level of care. Thanks, Carlos!!!

Battery died, couldn't get there to bring one home. Paid for one by phone and a wonderful man brought one to me after work at my home. I couldn't speak more highly of his efforts to get me a battery. Now I can keep my doctors appointment tomorrow.

The crew was friendly and helped us find our parts.withiut hesitation. Today they helped me with a return and bought what I needed instead. They were cutting up with me like they knew me forever..... Great people.
