Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

Enjoyed a nice late dinner with husband at Lazy Dog for 1st time. The restaurant hostess and servers was super nice and we sat right in front of the bar. The menu gives you a variety of choices of entries to choose from. My husband and I decided to share food plates to try. Our entry drinks Paloma and Original classic Margarita along with a Queso Dip and Tortilla Soup. Our dinner plate we had to try the New York steak plate with green beans and mashed potato. We like the food very much it was tasty not too greasy. The experience went great had a nice pleasant environment not too loud and definitely a good place to have a date night.

I wanted an all American food experience and got it- oversized and loaded with flavour. I certainly didn't expect my fish taco to come out looking so beautiful. I absolutely loved it.
Everyone at the table was able to order what they wanted and enjoyed it. The wait staff were attentive enough. I'd return for more.

There was a great server Nico. Guy states he’s only been working in the service industry for 4 months. Don’t know if that’s true or not, because the man was rushing around holding down the outside seating all on his own. He was readily available and did great checking in on us and everyone else.

Our meal was great last night and Nico asked to have our two entrees split in two when we mentioned we wanted to share our meals. That was incredibly thoughtful. Great experience last night! Ask for Nico.

I came to Lazy Dog on Saturday with my friend for brunch, and we had a great time. I ordered the Fire Cracker Shrimp and Chilaquilles, and both were AMAZING. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice as well. I definitely plan to come back.

Great food. Tasty and perfectly cooked. We had apatizers and main course and even managed to get dessert in, couldn't finish everything because they definitely have generous portions. My pup ate all her chicken and loved it. They serve you a bowl of water for your pooch before the meal. My shiba was parched when we got there, so she gulped it up. Perfect night out for dinner.

Good food, the beer here is good, I like craft style beers, a good variety of dishes, a nice place.

Came here for dinner. Service was good and fast! Got both the Thai noodles and a burger with fries. Both plates were very good, they also have a good selection of draft beer.

Went there for a guick snack. Ordered bacon candy and fries. Both are delicious. Service is prompt.

The food never disappoints. I'm always trying something new now because everything is so good. Wide variety of drinks, which are not needed as tasty and juicy as the food is. However, the dirty martini really hit the spot. The service is friendly as ever and accommodating. And the atmosphere is very chill. Pretty relaxed for a Friday around happy hour. In my pictures are the fried deviled eggs with candy bacon, onion rings, fried chicken dinner and steak dinner. One dinner is more than enough to get you a to-go box.

Good food,friendly staff. I had the chicken Caesar salad,fresh and delicious.

LOVE this place. We have become regulars for both dine in and take out. I’ve never had a bad meal here and no one at the table has ever disliked what they’ve gotten. Not your typical cookie cutter chain restaurant either- they’ve got lots of options from burgers to Mediterranean inspired bowls to tacos. They’ve even got a great chicken Katsu sandwich. Always great service from the staff as well. The family meals you can get online are a great deal for take out!

I used to be a Lazy Dog (LD) hater because of a bad experience I had at the Brea location, but the West Covina location has turned me. On a busy Saturday, the greeting was warm and friendly. The bartenders were welcoming, helpful and just cool as can be. The clientele at the bar were friendly and conversive. They have specialty handcrafted cocktails and a great beer variety (i like the Huckleberry IPA). The place feels like you were in a Big Bear cabin (mountain town vibe). The most important thing to me was the bartenders poured perfectly to the top, no spills.....pic attached

Came In at 11pm last night. Waiter was the best. Reminded us of Popeye. Got our order in by 11:30pm. Food was delicious. Very flavorful. Price may be a bit more, but you can tell the food is a level above the normal. Great value for the price. Bathroom and restaurant is clean. They have e outdoor seating. There was no wait for us but it was late. Looks like a lot of people dine here late and or go to the bar. All the food we got was delicious. We were very surprised by quality of food.

I recently tried the All American Burger at Lazy Dog, and it exceeded my expectations. The burger was incredibly juicy, and the fries were not only tasty but also well-prepared. Additionally, the Chicken Lettuce Wrap caught my attention and turned out to be another delightful choice. Overall, a satisfying and flavorful dining experience.

Lazy Dog is now my current favorite chain. They have a great menu and there’s something for everyone on it. This location has a smaller patio than others I’ve been to. Service could’ve been better. It wasn’t bad mind you, but it was obvious our waitress didn’t want to deal with the heat. We were there for lunch and the temperature skyrocketed by the time we left. She kept coming and going quickly, and no small talk. Whatever. The food is amazing and we all like it. They also have a few dishes for your dogs, and it was perfect today because my dog had an upset stomach earlier in the morning. So we got him the brown rice and chicken. Nice.

The restaurant is big and super cool. Customer service was great. The food was fantastic. My least favorite were the chicken wings because they had no seasoning, 0 flavor. The chicken pot pie, the PB jelly burger and the calamari were perfectly cooked. I definitely recommend this place for the whole family.

First time here at this location, and it was a great experience. Our server was attentive and courteous. The place was clean and spacious.

Great food and amazing service! Are waitress was super responsive and proactively checking on our needs. Can't say I've received better service anywhere else. The ribs were also really really delicious. The cornbread was also very soft and delicious to eat with their special butter and honey. The place is also clean and they have a nice full bar in case you want some strong drinks with your meal. We came here when they first opened at 11:00 a.m. . A small line but no crowds. Please wear a mask when you come in.
