I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Plena Integrative Health Center. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a patient. What truly sets this office apart is their commitment to listening and understanding. Unlike many doctors where you often feel rushed, or like just another number, here, I felt heard. Melody took the time to truly listen to my concerns and needs, which made me feel cared for and respected.

Their holistic approach was so refreshing and made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible care and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking comprehensive and personalized healthcare.

Women health clinics have always been very traumatizing for me, but PLENA was such a wonderful experience. Melody sat with me and listened to all of my concerns about my health. She was able to summarize what I had told her and give me a treatment plan that I was comfortable with. I finally feel relaxed because someone was able to patiently and compassionately listen to ny concerns. Plus, I really love all of the plants in the office!

I am a new patient at Plena and today was my first visit. The staff at the Health Center are very friendly and helpful. I really love the atmosphere. It was very clean, comfortable, and they even had an area for younger children to play. The rooms are also very clean and inviting. I enjoyed reading the inspirational pictures and decor. Tammie McDonald Brouwer answered all my questions and concerns. I love the small family practice atmosphere and care I received. It is nice to be able to go to a healthcare practice where you feel like a person and not a number. I was very happy with my visit and I highly recommend scheduling an appointment at Plena.

Tammie and the team at Plena are phenomenal. Everyone was happy, welcoming, and kind. Tammie spent 45 minutes with me discussing all of my history and current troubles. She really listened to me and showed that she valued my input. She laid out a great plan for my health moving forward. I will be using Plena for all of my future medical needs.

It’s such a relief when you know the staff and your provider truly care. I’ve trusted Tammie with my healthcare concerns for many years and I know I will continue to appreciate her thoroughness as well as her gentle and more natural approach to women’s healthcare needs.
