Scotty’s always goes the extra mile to get you back on the road. They will always make every effort to squeeze you in and do the work very quickly while still doing things like a complete diagnostic for your care while they give a very comprehensive evaluation of all the work they recommend for your car, they never put any pressure on upselling your for your original work. This allows me to make an informed choice about when I want to do any additional work. Everyone is always very pleasant and professional to deal with.

Scotty's attended to my problem quickly, efficiently, and professionally. They were also very reasonably priced, and followed up with me the next day to ensure I was happy. They are a little far from where I live, but worth the trip. Highly recommended!

My experience at Scotty’s Repair Service was exceptional. I suddenly had a flat tire as I entered Rt 206 from Milford. The first gas station I came upon could not get the tire to hold air and suggested I try to get to Scotty’s down the road. When I arrived, the receptionist welcomed me and assured me they would check the tire right away. When the tire was found to be unrepairable, they put on my spare. They did not charge me for their service. They even advised us as to what tire to buy from our car dealer , despite the fact that they sell tires. They were friendly, efficient, and extremely generous with their time, service, and knowledge.

Every time I go to Scotty's I get good advice and stress free service. Waiting room is homey and snacks are appreciated. There were several maintenance repairs suggested but no pressure to do any. I decided to take advantage of $100 off February special. It was a win-win. At one of my oil changes I mentioned a problem with windshield washer fluid. They took a look and 2 min easy fix. Much appreciated ! I feel that Scotty's actually CARE about me not just my business.

Amazing service, very friendly staff, had my car’s rotors, brake pads, and calipers put in and all the works and only took a couple of hours, price is very reasonable. They even gave me courtesy rides to home and back to shop when car was ready! Amazing! I definitely recommend them to anyone that has issues or just curious about getting their vehicles checked.

I brought my car to Scotty after I was recommended by a local. I was far from home and needed my breaks fixed immediately. They were very kind and we were able to make a deal to do some much needed repairs. I drove away with my car feeling ten times better

I have to say I'm quite impressed with the service at Scotty's. Their mechanics do great work, are efficient and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They even make sure that my car is ready before dusk as my wife needs to drop me off and pick me up when I leave the car and she has trouble seeing in the dark.

Did I say they're efficient, because they are. I've had a decent amount of work done on my car and it's always ready within hours not days. They usually have the diagnostics done in less than 30min, amazing. This efficiency doesn't come at the cost of quality either as my car runs smoothly after service, nor does the same problem crop up again as I've experienced at some other repair shops.

They provide an excellent summary of required repairs and recommended maintenance. Never have I been pressured to perform more than the necessary repairs and their prices are reasonable.

I'm definitely looking forward to a long relationship with Scotty's.

My first time having a vehicle worked on here, but not my last! They were very professional, helpful, and did the work I needed done quickly. I was stunned that they had my truck ready in less than 24 hours. I had a manifold replaced, new spark plugs, and my brake fluid flushed and replaced. If you are like me and find settling on a shop unnerving, rest easy at Scotty's.

In my almost 50 yrs of owning “hoopty “ cars. (junkers), this is the best experience I’ve ever had with a garage. You get a report card for your vehicle in which a traffic light grading is given. My purse appreciated I could ask that everything with a red grading be fixed. Things graded yellow I’ll be taking care of within the year. What I thought would take a week took 2 days! Happy customer here.

I called Scotty's to ask about an alignment. In an hour, my truck was in the shop and less than an hour later, it was done. It felt and looked like a family atmosphere. The waiting room is comfy with snacks and beverages to enjoy while watching TV. Everyone was kind and professional. It was my first time at Scotty's and should something go wrong with my truck again, I'll absolutely go back!

Scotty’s is great. They only recommend to us what was needed. We needed new suspension and fuel injection. They did it in one day flat way faster then the dealership. Our car no longer bounces all over the place and it doesn’t “chug” a beat going uphill due to new fuel injection. Why couldn’t dealer figure that out? That gave our car a second life. We love our car and want it to last. They are also very fair and open. No “talk the the hand.” Great down to earth folks. We have been to many mechanics from Brooklyn to Jersey to PA and these folks are great. We trust them.

Scotty Automotive ,very reasonable rates. Staff is friendly and qualified. Good time frame of work , their qualified mechanics replaced my radiator the same day I dropped it off . The owner was kind enough to provide me with a ride home and picked me up when the work was complete ,Superior work done on my truck.

Went for wheel alignment. Everyone was very nice and everything was done promptly and very well. My car no longer pulls to the right (2023 model). Entire experience was great!! Will be going back for maintenance work :-)

I highly recommend this place!! Very nice, helpful and understanding people are working there!! Reasonable prices. I stopped there on my way home to NYC because I lost my air conditioning. It was 90 degrees and opened windows did not help for me and my kids. One of the workers helped me right away. He also showed me the entrance to their office where i can wait and get some rest, cold soda and water. Meanwhile everyone was chatting with me and my kids. Thank you for saving my day!!
