I rented a unit here and never actually used it, owing to international shipping complications, but I still wholeheartedly endorse West Seneca Self Storage. Their prices are extraordinarily competitive and customer service is second-to-none, a point I can't overemphasize. The care, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail this company extends are outstanding and it was a pleasure interacting with them. If I ever have need of storage space again, this is the company I'll call.

Sandra was an absolute pleasure to work with. She offered multiple choices to fit my needs. Was able to accommodate my needs at a much LOWER RATE than the competition. I would recommend anyone looking for storage to use West Seneca Self Storage. Both the management and owner are both easy to get ahold of and work with. I've been renting from West Seneca Self Storage for over 5 years now and have never had a problem. Plus they just added more unit and re paved a good portion of the parking lot. This is on top of the privacy and easy access, along with security (coded gate entrance). Plus the location, being right off the 400 gives it a great location for any location!!

Sandra and anyone that I have talked to at this place are professional, kind and accommodating. Communication is quick and clear. We purchased a large camping trailer in January and Sandra was quick to help me feel secure about bringing our new toy there. It will be put on on our campsite this weekend. :o) If I have storage needs in the future West Seneca Self Storage will be our go to. Thanks again, Rob & Karen :o)

I used this storage while I was out of town for 7 months, Sandra was excellent and always helpful. She made me feel valued as a customer! Everything worked out great, my stuff was perfectly fine after the winter, I had a unit that was not climate controlled either!

Dee was very accommodating and pleasant. I was placed on a waiting list and called promptly upon an opening. The spot I rented (13'x34') was clean and easy to access, plenty of room to back my trailer in. Rental process was quick and easy. Rates were very competitive. Overall a good experience.

Sandra at self storage is so amazing! I love working with her for my storage needs and is very fair on pricing. They are one or the cheapest I have found. For the same size unit I have its 50-75$ less at west seneca self.storsge

update on the post . They exceeded my expectation and proactively reached out to me on the day I informed them roughly when I be moving out I did leave
the door open and cleaned out to show as such that I was moved out of the unit they seem to have closed it out for me which is very nice of them especially during the holiday weekend here Definitely will use them again or recommend

I was looking around for a safe and secure storage facility to house my enclosed trailer , called them up and got a response within an hour from Sandra, she was very friendly and extremely helpful in helping me choose the right spot for my trailer. if your picky like me when it comes to storing your valuables, go see Sandra at west seneca self storage off union road!! awesome place ,awesome people!!

This was our second year parking our travel trailer at West Seneca self storage and have been pleased with our experience. Security cameras give me peace of mind that the area is safe and secure. Great people to deal with and will return next year.

It was a very simple process for reserving the unit, and the website worked great for paying the rent. An affordable and convenient option, and Sandra was very helpful along the way. Would recommend.

I was relocating out of state and I needed to store some items. First impression good. Facility was clean and looked secure. I've maintained the storage for over a year they have kept in contact always return my calls I am pleased with this facility.

My car is in storage here, and they have been very diligent in reminding me of each payment when it's missed, but not in a rude or pushy way--in a way that is respectful, polite, and professional. They have been nothing but courteous and I've had a very positive experience working with them!

I've been with these guys off and on for over 20 years, my personal belongings have always been kept clean and dry the grounds are always clean and free of clutter. the employees here her so kind and caring they have helped me through so many times. When I financially could not make my payment on time they're more than accommodating help me find a resolution. I completely recommend checking West Seneca self Storage out for yourself and guarantee once you meet the owners and see the grounds you will definitely want to store your treasured items with them! 4/19/20 UPDATE: Im so sad, but today after 20+years with ws self storage, I cleaned out my unit. I need to say thank you to 2 wonderful people, Matt your kindness and understanding of my situation is greatly appreciated! And especially to Sandra, with out her in my corner, being so patient and understanding of me and my situation I can never thank you enough for all u did for myself and my daughter! When I needed to find food pantries u text me places to go and we were strangers except for when I'd pay my bill or call in on the phone! Sandra ur kindness is so sincere! Excellent rates and great customer service. Everything is easily accessible. Definitely opt for insurance in case you have a unit that's not climate controlled and the elements affect your belongings.
