I had a great experience at Ace Hardware thanks to Dana. He helped me pick out the perfect wall outlet covers. Dana was friendly, knew a lot about the products, and really listened to what I needed. Thanks to him, I found exactly what I was looking for quickly and easily. Great service from Dana and Ace Hardware!

Moved from Palm Springs and went to ACE hardware there. The shopping experience is personalized with a lot of great fun things other than typical hardware items. The staff was personal and engaged. Much better than a big box store.

Someone's always available to help and answer questions, unlike the big box stores. Love my local Ace, except for that one time they closed 10 minutes early and I showed up to them walking out early 😂but that was like 10 years ago so 🤷

Walked in the door, greeter asked if he could help, did not know answer, asked manager, said I needed a cart, told greeter to get one from parking lot for me. Still couldn't find needed item, another employee asked to help and took me to my item, same service for decades. Surprisingly as this was during hurricane rush. Fully stocked hardware store with superb service. Try them, you'll like them.

It is always my pleasure to walk into this Ace! Initially greeted upon entrance to the store and there is always someone willing to help you in any and all areas of the store. Thank you, Jim, for spending time explaining the shrubs and flowers that interested me. Also, for showing me a variety of plants that I not given any thought to, blueberry and cherry trees and also that night blooming Jasmine! I would like to also thank Frank for helping in the inside finding that small screw amongst the many screws... Lol! Again, it is always a wonderful experience and individual attention that keeps me coming back!

Great store with great people and outstanding service. My wife and I were greeted and asked by no less than 5 employees if we needed help. Brought my Stihl power head in to be looked at and it was fixed before we left the store.
You won't get this level of customer service at the big box stores.

Love shopping here! Store is clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. I can find just about anything here from gardening supplies to my favorite hand lotion. I highly recommend Ace Hardware!

Excellent store and employees! Everyone is so helpful. I especially want to complement Jim P, who was so patient and answered all my questions, giving me great advice regarding a project I was doing. This is why I shop at Ace. I recently had screens replaced at the store by JP. He was great! The screen replacements look fantastic.

I had purchased a pressure washer, which I had a issue with the spray gun, I took it to Ace to have them fix or replace, the manager Reggie was amazing, he took the time to listen to my issue and Tony fixed the issue 🙏 Thank you .

Great hardware store. Employees are always extremely helpful. Can’t beat always walking in and having an employee standing there offering to help you find something. Certainly don’t find that too often at Home Depot or Lowe’s!

I've always enjoyed shopping at Ace Hardware everywhere we've lived and this was no different. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's easy to find what you are looking for.

While Ace is a very large conglomerate of both independently and corporate owned hardware stores throughout the country, NONE compare to or hold a close second to this location.

The entire team of employees and management go out of their way to ensure 110 percent customer satisfaction and always seem to have that hard to find item that BIG BOX ORANGE OR BLUE just don't carry anymore because they don't care about customer's anymore and focus solely on volume and profit.

Need a chainsaw sharpened or can't find that single micro sized wood screw to repair Grandmother's jewelry box.....you name it and they seem to always have it.

The entire store is always clean, well stocked and brightly lighted. The isles aren't cluttered with junk and no matter what time of day you are going in there is always someone who will assist you. There are many other Ace locations nearby but Vision Ace Hardware is truly many steps above and beyond them.

Stroll through the beautiful garden section and you will never find dead or dying plants that haven't been watered for days at a time, need a length of hose to complete your micro drip watering system and they will still take the time to cut any length you need and carry on an intelligent conversation with you while they assist you.

I am a strong advocate for supporting locally-owned and operated businesses and this is truly one that deserves and works hard everyday to earn and retain customers and support their local community.

I usually try to go to Ace Hardware before the big-box stores because of the great customer service. But this was my first time going into Vision Ace Hardware, and I was blown away! I usually go to the one closer to me in Carrollwood, but I happened to be in this area and wanted to give it a try. I went to get some paint and some paint supplies for a project I was working on. I had to go with all three of my kids, so before going into the store I called ahead of time to make sure the color I needed was available. The phone was answered by a very nice man who was able to get me some help with a paint expert in the store. When I arrived, I was greeted so nicely by both men, and one of them even interacted with my kids while mixing the paint. My kids had such a great time at the store & I was blown away by the friendliness of this man. I don't remember their names unfortunately, wish I had gotten them. I will definitely be going out of my way for now on to visit this store!

They're so nice they make you wonder.. competitive prices and far more inventory than you can imagine.

The best! Been going here for years and probably should have put a note out sooner. Over the past few weeks I've been to my Ace numerous times for a lot of ancillary smaller items to complete some jobs around my home. The staff is readily available, attentive, professional, and most of all know their store! If they don't the communication between staff is amazing. It's like the Army Rangers trained this store. 6 stars if I could. Thanks all!
