Great experience! Ron and Russ were the best! I was well informed and felt I could trust their guidance. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy something I wouldn't or didn't need. They were informative and showed me the wear on my tires and the tread measurements. They got me the best pricing possible! Above all they were kind and accommodating! They made time at the end of their busy days to get me 4 new tires so I could be safe for my morning commute! I highly recommend this store and location. I will be back and will be sure to recommend to family and friends. Thank you Ron and Russ for your time, help and good conversation!

Ron and the crew were awesome. Came in after I got a screw in my tire. Had the spare on. They too the spare off, plugged the tire and put it back on. Quick and easy. Highly recommend.

My car was towed to this Mavis location after getting a flat tire late in a Saturday night. I called the next day before formal opening to leave a message about where my wheel lock was, but Ron answered the phone. I live 90 minutes away from their shop, so the night before was a challenge experience. Ron made everything feel better for me and assured me they’d look at my tire and call me back. A short one later, he called back when he said he would, to tell me the car was done! The tire was able to be repaired at minimal cost, which was a huge relief. Ron was wonderful to work with, the office was clean and was a professional environment. Being on the other end of an emergency repair can be challenging but Mavis was really great to work with. I trust this company and highly recommend them!! Thank you Ron and Mavis team!

These guys were great! Called to make an appointment for a nail in the tire. Said come right over. Got right in the bay. Was there for 15 min, 20 max. Totally professional. Would definitely do business again! Thank you so much!

Can’t say enough good things about this store and the staff! I worked with Russ on what I thought would be a patched tire and turned into purchasing 4 new tires. He took the time to explain the various options, the cost, and ensured they could be delivered and installed same day. Would feel good about recommending this store to my family and friends!!

I always come here for an oil change and for tire services. The wait isn’t long if you make an appointment. They even had a pet dog 🐶 so cute! Always great service. Thanks 😊

Went in last minute for a battery. Mike was super helpful, installed the battery, and got us in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and super accommodating, being that I had my three daughters and my wife with me. Definitely going back to this Mavis for work on my other car. Thanks Mike and Rich! Went back for a wheel alignment, and Alexis was super helpful. That staff is just great, and talk you through everything without being pushy. Love this place.

John was so polite & informative. In his absence he advised that he will communicate services with Nick or Russ. All 3 representatives were professional, helpful, & sufficient. I received immediate service to change my tires- NO WAIT ! SAME DAY SERVICE!

Came in for some maintenance (oil change, tire rotation…)
Russ helped me out and was so kind and assisted me along the way. He informed me of my rear brake pads needing a change and even showed me and educated me. My filter needed a change too and Russ showed me the quality of the filter. We scheduled an appointment for next week to fix both issues. Really honest guy and listened to me. My dad was in the same industry before he passed, and Russ was understanding of that. It’s hard for women to feel comfortable in settings like this because it’s a male dominated field. Russ treated me as an equal and assured me that everything was well taken care of. If you are his boss and you are reading this, please give this man his appreciation.

Great service and attitude. Had a nail in my tire, brought it and and Mike and John from Middletown took care of it...and I mean took care of plugging my tire IMMEDIATELY. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Alexis was delightful! She helped us find tires for a very specific situation and assisted us along the way. We are very happy with our service and will certainly be returning,.especially because of her!

Had a misaligned tire caused by another shop that balded pretty quickly and needed a rare tire type replaced pretty quickly- they were great on the phone, great in person, and got my car done as quick as possible. I couldn’t believe it - they made a stressful (and almost dangerous) situation much easier. I’ll go out of my way to return.

I am an Uber driver and recently have had Bad luck with tires the service and the compassion from the employees it’s amazing. I I recommend if you’re looking for honesty and a very fair deal. Definitely check out Mavis in Shrewsbury.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I went to a local store yesterday and had my battery replaced. I was told he lost a bolt to screw in the battery but it would be fine. When I went back there today to have them fix it, they referred me here. Thank goodness for that. Nick could not have been nicer and Rich was amazing and fixed it right then!!! I found my new place! Thank you for making such an inconvenience so much better!!!

Recently stoped in today because my tire loved its’ life… unfortunately, the tire wasn’t in stock but the team here is INCREDIBLE!

Alexis was extremely communicative during the whole process and was extremely kind.

Rich helped me in the beginning and gave me the run down on how the ordering process worked and Jay/Mike were cool guys who changed the tire and wrapped it nicely and put it back in my car.

My husbands tire had a nail in it on a Sunday afternoon 10 minutes before Mavis was closing. Mike plugged the tire with out hesitation even though it meant staying late. Highly recommend Mavis for their expertise and excellent customer service. Thank you Mike!

Caught a blown out tire on the Garden State Parkway. Had ny vehicle towed to the closest service center. The guys here were a blessing from the moment my vehicle came into the facility. They went above and beyond, I would definitely recommend anyone in the area needing any tire service to come here. Thanks for your assistance!
