Take 5 Oil Change

The new Take 5 oil change on Classen in Norman did a thorough oil change and safety check on my Honda. I appreciated the greeting as soon as I arrived and their letting me know they’d be with me. They showed me my air filters and informed Me I did not need new ones. Very professional young women. Thank you!

Well I found my permanent place for all of my oil changes from now on! Morgan the assistant manager is great, as well as the new guy he was training, he did a great job as well. They did an oil change for my Camaro today and I couldn’t be happier with the job they did! They were kind and professional and kept me in the loop with everything they were doing, asking me if it was ok, and it was fast! Thank you keep up the good work!

The different choices were explained to me clearly, and with confidence. She was absolutely great. It made it easy for me to make a choice of what kind of service I wanted and the price that I required. Outstanding crew she and her partner with great efficient, Faust, knowledgeable informative. I couldn’t avast for a better experience! They should be applauded.

Rae & Cline were the best! I usually get pretty sucky customer service from take 5 but these two truly made me want to come back. They deserve a raise!

Very good service. The ladies there explained everything. I actually felt more comfortable with having female technicians. I always feel like I’m not being told everything or that something is going to be missed because I’m a female customer needing services within this predominantly male driven industry. Great job, ladies. Take 5, you should hire more woman like the 2 at this location. I will definitely be going back.

Great service here. Had a nice chat with one of the employees during my oil change. They also checked my tire pressure. Plus there was a $20 discount that day. 5 out of 5 stars

Drake and jenn were the only two workers here today and there was a vehicle in every bay they were super professional and kind and had wonderful attitudes despite the chaos they were dealing with I did wait for a while but I did not mind at all these workers deserve a raise!
