El Mirador Mexican Restaurant

Got a craving for Mexican food and decided to try this place. From the outside the building looks like it used be an older Pizza Hut. After walking in you can clearly tell it was nicely decorated as a Mexican restaurant and comfortable. As soon as we were seated a big basket of chips was delivered to the table with salsa. We ordered chicken tortilla soup and salad to start out. We then ordered chicken tacos and Tilapia. Both were brought out in short time and the portions were huge. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors and spices were spot on. The waiter was friendly and attentive making sure we were good. Overall the meal, the environment inside, and the service were all excellent. Will definitely be back to try out other dishes like the fajitas recommend by our waiter.

These guys treat regulars as well as new customers wonderfully. They are happy to serve you, pleasant to interact with, have outstanding food, great service, and their prices won't break the bank. Portions are good, restaurant is clean, and they have a great sense of humor! We really enjoy eating here, and don't hesitate to bring our kids. They bring chips and salsa (included with your meal) and drinks quickly, and keep them refilled! Their lunch specials have a wide variety of options, and their carnitas dinner and their fajitas just might wanna make you kiss your plate. ❤🤣 They've definitely earned our loyalty!

A fantastic find in Noble, OK! The food is pretty good and reasonably priced, especially compared to some other Mexican restaurants in the area. The atmosphere was really great, and the service was impeccable.

Absolutely loved my experience at this place. It was a Wednesday night and the place was packed (which is a good sign).

I was quickly seated and given chips and salsa. The frosted mug for the beer as also a nice touch.

Service was great. The food was outstanding. Highly recommend the taco and the molcajete.

It's been a few years of searching for authentic Mexican food that reminds me of what I grew up with in my hometown. I haven't typically been super impressed with the Mexican food I've tried near Norman, unless it's from a food truck. We've even tried restaurants in Moore and OKC too. But I think this might be what I've been looking for! I've had their red enchiladas, their el mirador grilled tilapia, and horchata. My husband had the el mirador burrito and churros. It was all very delicious and their horchata and churros are the best we've ever had! You have to come and check out El Mirador Mexican Restaurant!

The food was amazing !!! The location used to be a pizza hut or something. The atmosphere is not that of some restaurants. Queso, & sopapillas do not come free but overall extremely nice dining experiences.

I really enjoy this place. Small Town place with a great atmosphere. I have never been disappointed with the food or the service.

This place is awesome!!! Went for our daughter’s 8th birthday and she got to wear the pink sombrero and they sang to her! The people are very kind and patient! The whole place feels positive! I’ve never had a seafood chimichanga before but it was amazing!!! Also it’s worth admiring the art work on the chairs and booths! Very blessed to have come across this place! We will be going back!

I spent two decades in Southern California and enjoyed many excellent and authentic Mexican restaurants. El Mirador is the best that I've seen around Norman. It really reminds me of the homemade salsas, fresh chips, and specialty dishes like chile relleno that I took for granted in So Cal. Great job to the family-run restaurant in Noble. I will definitely be back. Reasonably priced, too. Thank you!

This little place in Noble is in the old Pizza Hut. We came across it when we moved back, and it has become our new favorite Mexican place. Everything they have is so good. My daughter swears by their queso dip. The salsa is very good as well. They recently added a Quesobirria that I get very often. Their burritos are huge. I would highly recommend this place.

The good was pretty great. Very lathe portions! Service was a tad spotty. I'll definitely return though. My grandma thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the taco salad and she had the beef fajitas.

All I can say is amazing! The food was awesome and the service was even better. Our server was so kind to our children and even though it was a very busy evening, he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed at our table. The queso was perfect. This is our new spot for Mexican food!

Their margaritas are great. The fajitas and queso are so good but the service is awesome. Each server has been very friendly and efficient. Love this place.

I’ve been looking everywhere for a place that’s like my hometown and I finally found it. We got the noble special but with beef instead of chicken and it was super good. The pina coladas are great too! For two noble specials, a pina colada, 2 soft drinks and a side of queso it was under $40 which in 2023 is rare. I will definitely be coming back every Tuesday.

I'm really impressed with this place the call in orders are always super fast the food is always warm and really good. The prices are reasonable and always have leftover from what I ordered. Their food is also consistent. That's a big ++. HOPE they make it in noble. I go there as much as I can because it's way better and same price as going and getting a burger, taco or any other fast food and really they ate way faster. Will always recommend them.

Authentic Mexican restaurant with an authentic staff. I was very pleased with how friendly the waiter was, the food portions were substantial, and the huge beer glasses made me want to purchase one for home.

Delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed the Mi Tierra meal and Molcajete (guacamole). They were well prepared and perfectly packaged for the lunch hours. Be very careful with speeders and other hungry people entering the parking lot or side streets nearby, though.

Decent prices. Affordable. I did a l carte to get what wanted. Good portions.

Our go to spot for sure!! We love everything on the menu. My favorite is The Mirador quesadillas (chicken and steak combo). The swirls are also better than The Mont in my opinion!

This place is wonderful. And their lunch prices beat every fast food place around. Wish we lived in Noble so we could come more often! Try it out if you haven’t.

UPDATE: Subsequent visits have vastly improved. Recent service has been very good and the inside of the restaurant has been consistently clean. The food quality has also been excellent. Updating review to reflect current state. Cheers to El Mirador for making this restaurant a great place to visit.

The inside of the restaurant was dirty. When we ordered water with lemon the stickers had not been removed from the lemons. Service could be better, our party was pressed for our drink orders before we had even settled into our seats. Chips were not very good, but the entrees had good recipes.
We ordered queso but never received it.
Overall, much needs to be improved.
