Wimpy's Hamburgers

We were staying nearby for our trip to Sequoia, we came across this place and was kind of hesitant at first, but we ended up eating here, very good spot to grab some cheeseburgers, the fries were seasoned very well.

Wimpy takes me back to my childhood, I mean way back. The Hamburgers are amazing, the fries are cooked the way you want them. It's my go to place for a burger. As Wimpy himself used to say " I will gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today"

Wimpys hamburgers were very tasty. The French fries were crispy & had good flavor. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, thick butter toasted bread & good amount of cheese.

We love it, my husband is a hamburger fan and myself a fries fan, easy, simple menu, fast service and clean place. The cashier girl really nice and helpful, we will definitely go again.

After being suggested to give them a shot I am now realizing I should have had them a long time ago. The bruto burger is by far my favorite!!!

I always pass by this place when I go to visit my dad. Stopped there one day with my boyfriend to try it out. We ordered two #4’s. Yeah this was my first time here too. Didn’t pay any attention to the fries bags on the wall for sizing. Huge, huge order of fries and a very big burgers and drinks. Our fries were freshly order and burgers too. They were really good. I will go back for some more with our 3 kids. Fries are enough to share and buy some more burgers. I like the fact you can eat outside. I really like burger places like that. Lots of variety on their menu. Prices can be steep depending on what you order but it’s worth it if you have a big appetite or share half the fries with your kids. I recommend trying this place out first. Every experience is different for everyone.

Delicious food at a good price! Soft-Shell taco was delish AND was big enough to be a meal! French fries are crispy on the outside and creamy and tender on the inside. Excellent, friendly customer service. My ONLY complaint is the music was really loud.... we couldn't visit and enjoy our dinner with that music. Overall, it's a wonderful place.

What a shock this place was. Not your typical fast food joint. Food was amazing prices were beyond fair. I made the mistake of upgrading to MEDIUM. So much food. Lol. The kid that was there today was very kind. Food was fast. And the topper was the best ranch I have ever had PERIOD! I will be back.

Probably the best burger place in the area. I absolutely love getting a double bruto burger with grilled onions, avocado and bacon. The fries are good, the ranch is good, and their chili-cheese fries are absolute bomb. They also have good ice cream.

Overall, this place trumps the In-N-Out and Red Robin in Visalia. The only other place that tastes as good is The Habit Burger Grill.

We enjoy the burgers, the shakes, and the fries. We, when the fries are fresh and not hard and crispy. But I won't knock a star. My daughter especially, is a big fan of Wimpys. Customer Service is also top notch, very friendly.

Reminds me of a 50's/60's hamburger joint. Burgers are tasty, fries are pretty good and a large soda is adult size. Prices are fair.

The friendly small town atmosphere..being raised in a small town, compared to to a large city like Houston,Texas.It brought back good memories...and I love good hamburgers.
And I must say they were off the hook!
Clean, friendly, good food.
And I laugh when I saw the name... Wimps,.my mom nicknamed me that because I love hamburgers...could eat four at one sitting.
