Update (16 April 2024).
I may have been a little hasty in posting the previous review. Turns out there was an email issue and they never received the emails I had sent. I called their office and got everything straightened out. They do work to resolve issues and my previous review was premature. I should have called first.

I have used A+ for about 4 years (I use Medicare and TriCare for Life, so my options are few). In the beginning, the service was great and the people were great (5 stars then). Over the last 4 years, I have been charged for things I did not get (they were sent after I notified A+) and now my emails go unanswered. Not sure what the problem is, but I am seriously considering changing my DME provider.

We needed a temporary medical bed. You all made the process easy for us. Great service, and great price! Perfect and punctual delivery, set up, take down, and pick up...we appreciate y'all! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

I love A Plus Medical Equipment &Supplies. Ms. Burns went above and beyond to help my mother with her medical needs. In a matter of hours, Ms. Burns and her team were able to get a modification from an E.R. doctor on a prescription written for a walker and deliver the walker to my mom. I am forever grateful and so is my mom. Thank you A Plus !!!!

My son was diagnosed with asthma and my stress levels were at an all time high trying to fill a prescription for a nebulizer. Walgreens does not bill durable medical supplies and suggested that I call a medical supply store right away (it was 6:30 pm) or waited until the next day. Most supply stores I called were already closed. When I called A Plus the gentleman who took my call said he could deliver a pediatric nebulizer to my house, show me how to use it, and that he could be there in 15 minutes. Fancy advertising doesn't always mean they are open when you need them. I'm glad I called and that they were able to help me right away!

I don't even know where to begin! My mother moved with us due to several health issues that affected her mobility. The staff was extremely caring and instrumental in helping us getting the equipment we needed and dealing with mother's insurance company.

I am very pleased with the service I have received. I find the staff helpful, friendly, and very accommodating!

You never know when this business is open. Went by 3 times during their normal business hours (called prior to coming by - no one answered but thought they were busy with customers so decided to give it a try) and they were closed. I find it pretty unprofessional and disrespectful: if they cared enough about their customers they should edit their recording on answering machine to let the customers know if they were closing the store earlier. We got some equipment from them 6 months ago and it went on very smoothly as far as billing the insurance, etc. So we were happy with them - thus 3 stars. But the last couple of months they seem to be closed every time we need them.

Do yourself a favor and find a different business - this one clearly doesn't care! The business closes at 4pm & will not stay a minute later. The building is hard to find & is in a out of the way "Industrial" area . The lady I encountered was terrible at customer support, with a general " I hate my job & am better than this" attitude, and did not even know where they deliver to. Even a 16 yr old worker at " Pizza hut" knows where their business delivers! THE "STORY" & my reason for giving a 1 star rating is as follows : My 6 year old son was prescribed a nebulizer by his physician. I was told this establishment was the place which had to fill the prescription due to insurance policy. The doctors office faxed the info & I drove 30 min 1 way (straight from the Doc. In Madison) to pick it up. I arrived 3 min after 4pm (Their closing time) and even though the employee was inside & saw me, she would not acknowledge that I was there.. The doctor said that if I wanted the nebulizer delivered, this place offered delivery. The next morning a woman from the business called (from a blocked number twice before calling from their business phone) to ask when was I "coming to pick this up." I explained about being their the previous afternoon & if they offered delivery, could they please deliver, I told her my address & that I live near Princeville. She informed me that they was not driving that far. I ask if I could meet them somewhere more convenient for them & she told me to drive to a gas station off a exit in Madison! I ask if they could meet me closer, which added to her already terrible attitude. After conversing with a male in the background, she said "I don't know if we can meet you any closer, but I do know that if we have to go any further than where I told you, then we will not be delivering it today." I called and found a alternative supplier and yes, they deliver & deliver to my home!
