The staff at Choice Medical was phenomenal! We are from out of town and my husband’s mask broke in the middle of the night. Both ladies in the office were very knowledgeable about what was needed. CeCe was able to provide us with a new mask for my husband swiftly and professionally.

The staff at Choice Medical is great! I got fantastic service when I had to change masks to resolve a leak problem. The corporate billing department is something else. They don't follow Medicare policy and are unresponsive. Using the website contact form is a waste of time and energy. If it were not the for local staff, I would have found an alternate supplier a long time ago.

This Choice location has taken care of me for years.
They take on as much of the burden as possible for tracking/offering CPAP supplies.
I'm not one for needless change, but they'll suggest a better mask every so often - which I'll test out and generally prefer & switch to. They're always extremely polite too.

I called during open hours and call went to an answering service. She tried to connect me to the office "I'll try to connect and hope they pickup"! What in the world, why can't they answer their phone? Ended up calling Hometown Healthcare, hey, they picked up the freaking phone and provided me informaton. How about that.

If customer service is important to you, I would go elsewhere. These products can be obtained by other suppliers.

After the closing of my preferred supplier I went to choice as they are very close to my house. I have been experiencing difficulties with this company for over six months. My initial contact was not pleasant. My second interaction was frustrating. When asking them to assist with a firmware issue on my CPAP machine the in office person was not willing to take the time to understand my concern. Once I asked her to escalate my concern her response was that since they did not issue my CPAP machine she couldn’t fix the problem.

My current issues is that the mask I received causes tension in my neck resulting in migraines. I called to schedule an appointment for a new mask fitting, was told I had to use a different number/process since they were no longer seeing patients in office. When speaking with the customer service rep about the mask options, none of them fit my needs. The customer service rep requested an in office appointment. Every two months I get a call asking me to reorder the same mask that brings me discomfort. Each time I state that I am waiting on an appointment for an in office fitting and to please escalate my request. Finally, six months later the office called to tell me that I’ve never contacted them about an appointment, they do not do in office fittings, and to use a website to figure out which mask would be the best fit. I attempted to explain that I have already done this and my issue is the strap placement. However, Netra continued to talk over me, telling me to listen to her. She even stated that they have new mask options and scanning my face will show them the best mask for me. Again, I explained that I’m not sure how a face scan can help pinpoint a good strap fit. My issue is not the mask, it is the placement of the straps of the mask. I once again went on the site and all of the masks online sit on the back of the neck. I really need to see where the straps would sit on me, to decide which mask to get.

It’s really horrible when a medical supply representative isn’t willing to listen to your needs but direct you to a website to figure it out yourself or to an 800 sales agent who sends you around in circles.

I've been trying to get a new CPAP machine since January. I've called once a month to be told they don't have any in yet due to the backlog created by the recall but I am on a waiting list with them. I haven't called for a few months so I called today only to be told they can't find me in their system. I have been getting supplies for my current machine from adapt health but now I'm not in the system? I switched to here because I was not happy with the CPAP provider I had before but I guess I'll have to go back because they weren't this bad.

Nobody here 0n Friday 9:30am. Voicemail doesn’t allow you to leave a message. Useless. No problems charging me monthly though.
