Panera Bread

During my second visit to Panera Bread, the establishment once again exceeded my expectations for what one might term "fast-casual dining."

If you have yet to take advantage of their mobile ordering system, I would wholeheartedly recommend it; it is both straightforward and efficient.

On this occasion, I opted for the BBQ sandwich and tomato soup combo, a selection that proved exceptionally satisfying. Despite my general aversion to tomato soup, I found myself enjoying every last drop, even using the perfectly-baked baguette to mop up the remnants.

The BBQ sandwich, too, was an impressive balance of texture and flavor—neither too mushy nor overly sauced. Although I initially became a patron of Panera Bread due to their much-acclaimed charged lemonades, this subsequent experience affirmed that there's more to relish here.

The serene ambiance, delectable cuisine, rapid order processing, and commendable hospitality all coalesced to create a truly remarkable dining experience.

5 stars for the main manager. I often frequent them, Mount Lebanon and Greentree location, and I often feel like no one’s paying attention to me. I will stand there waiting for an order for minutes before anybody asks if I can be helped.

On two separate occasions when I went to pick up my food in the Caste Village Panera, the African-American woman working behind the pickup counter is quick, efficient, and kind. Something that you don’t see as much anymore. As someone who previously worked in the service industry for 15 years, it’s great to still see.

I love Panera! And this location is very clean and has friendly employees. Quick and prompt service and I recommend to sign up for their rewards program because they have lots of great promos! The cinnamon crunch bagel is my fav. Highly recommended!

One of the better Panera's around. Theyre always on it, super quick service and everyone seems to have great customer service skills as well, super nice.

This location is THE BEST! The restaurant is always clean, the staff is prompt/ attentive/ kind, and the food is always perfection. I rarely go to other Panera locations amymore because I know I will be disappointed in comparison to this one. I couldn't recommend this more!

I had to leave a review on how awesome their customer service is. I ordered delivery and everything was great as always, but they forgot to bring the croutons & cheese for the French Onion soup, so I called & spoke to Brittany, she apologized and offered an array of things to make it right & said she'd mail me out some coupons, which was perfectly fine with me. A minute later she called me directly and said she hadn't realized that my order was a delivery order & was sending a driver back with the items. It definitely wasn't necessary, but absolutely appreciated. It's wonderful to see a company that cares about their customer's experience whether it be in the store or through delivery. Was my first time at this Panera. Service was extremely fast. The food was to die for. Food came out very quickly and very tasty. Was actually more impressed by the quality of this Panera than others.

Nice cozy atmosphere. Good for groups and individuals. Price point was on for the average Panera.

It's nice that this one is located in somewhat of a strip mall. So it gives you things to shop for while you get to spend time with people. Manager was extremely nice and so was the staff. Very welcoming!

This location is great with catering orders. My company often orders lunch assortments to provide at our events, and the catering managers have been nothing but helpful to me. They always offer me help with carrying it out, and never forget to include anything out of the order.

Inside of the restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff was friendly. Only recommendation to the restaurant is clean the glass on the front doors. It’s the first impression.

One of my favorite places to eat! I always get the pick 2 half sandwich and half a salad. My friend also got a sandwich and salad and we loved everything. Highly recommend chicken Caesar salad!!

I am using a walker and was by myself today. The cashier is always very friendly. Today, she told me she would bring my order to me. But another guest beat her to it. She out to check on me. It was a very nice day.

Was greeted at door by manager to start my visit. Both of the employees were very pleasant, as was the manager. All in all, excellent experience.

I love love love this location and will go out of the way to come here. The crew is awesome and my food is always hot and perfect. Great team here!

My coworker and I wanted to take our clients out to eat. However, one client is on a liquid diet. It is hard to find anywhere to take them because no other restaurant will aid in purée process. Panera let us use our own blender and purée the food. It is empowering knowing Panera does not discriminate and is a very welcoming and loving company - and wheelchair accessible. Some of the nicest people work here. Very understanding and helpful to families with young kids. Usually not too busy. Lots of parking. Outside dining is available. Gas fire place for the cold weather.

This panera is wonderful, it's been a favorite stop of mine since it opened up in Caste Village. The staff are all very friendly, the location is super clean, and the food is as good as you would expect. If you're local to the area, go to this location. You won't be disappointed.

Still haven't been dissappointed here. Good service and friendly employees. Food is always consistent and delicious. Conveniently located in Caste Village or they can deliver to you, which I took advantage of a few times.

The pizza wasn't that bad it was pretty good actually and whatever my girlfriend had she loved it I don't know what it was called and then we got some cinnamon toasted bagel to bring home my son loved them

Not only does Panera have great food this location has fantastic staff. We were shopping for breakfast food for a friend who's mom had passed. The staff gave suggestions and was very friendly and helpful.
