Roberto's Neopolitan Pizza

This place is in Barton VT. Holy Cow... Do not pass it up. Amazing is not saying enough about it. Bring cash, they don't take cards but they do have an ATM. Friendly staff, unique pizza's. We'll be back for sure. Omg, I almost forgot... Do not pass up the dessert! I almost forgot the best part... Upon these masterpieces coming out of the oven they take pure Vermont Maple Syrup and drizzle it over the outer edges of the crust. I can not explain how this addition takes a perfect pizza and takes it to another level. You just have to experience it for yourself. We couldn't wait to take it back to our cabin so we grabbed a paper plate and had a piece right there before we left. Thank God we are here for twelve days... Plenty of time to try Roberto's other genius creations!

When we traveled up to Barton from Massachusetts we didn't know we'd stumble upon the literal BEST pizza we've ever eaten! The moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat because the whole place smelled amazing. From local art covering the walls to some fun arcade games and an incredibly welcoming staff, the whole atmosphere of the place is great. But that pizza. To die for. And such unique ingredients, and a maple syrup (!!) brushed crust?! We will be dreaming of it for years to come, and it would honestly be worth the 3.5 hour drive just to have it again!

The people were polite and friendly right off the bat! The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The pizza that we had *notorious p.i.g aka. Piggy smalls* PERFECTION . The dough is so light and airy on the inside yet, crispy on the outside. I couldnt stop eating it. And we also got the fried cheese curds, any place ive eaten them they have been rubbery, but this place was not the case!! They were little puffs of deliciousness with every bite. They also great music not the elevator music most restaurants play either! So....great music, great arcade games, great people AND great food .... why wouldn't you want to enjoy Roberto's neopolitan pizza!! I highly recommend this joint right here!

Holy Queso Christo! You won't believe how mind-blowing this pizza is! Living in GA, I've even toyed with the idea of packing up and heading to VT just to feast on this goodness every week. The toppings might sound crazy, but trust me, they're a match made in pizza heaven. It's hands down the best slice I've ever had—I'd gladly trek 1800 miles just for another bite! 🍕😋

I haven’t had a pizza as delicious and fresh as the pizza I had today and I probably won’t ever again unless I go back to this shop. On that note, two of us finished a large so depending on how many adults you want to feed keep in mind how many pizzas to buy. Worth every penny though. That crust is so amazing and the pizza holds up like a pizza should. Roberto deserves an applaud for his dedication to mastering a perfect pie.

If you are close to Barton, Vermont you owe it to yourself to try Roberto's pizza. My wife and I got a half " carcass" (all meat) and half "Flyin' Hawaiian" pizza, but they have a pizza for everyone. (Check out Colleen Adams' review for a picture of the menu). It was some of the best pizza we've ever had! The pizzas were full of great ingredients, but Roberto drizzles pure Vermont maple syrup on the crust. I cannot describe the flavor sensation that this creates except to say that it is beyond belief good! It is a combination that is worthy of an upscale New York City or Chicago restaurant, yet it is prepared by a nice, friendly family in a comfortable family-friendly place. I promise that you won't be disappointed. Plus, don't forget the dessert. It is equally great!

Saw the great reviews and had to try it for myself. Great pizza and flavors. The maple syrup on the crust is an excellent touch. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for s good quick bite in the area.

Parker Pie has a reputation for great local pizza but Roberto’s rivals it as the best in the area. Service is great, but the pizza is better. Creative topping combos and the maple syrup infusion are unique and delicious!

Great pizza! Generous with the toppings. Good quality ingredients too. Perfect crust. Puts a little maple syrup on the crust. I've gotten it quite a few times and it's good every time. My only complaint it that the margarita pizza was only 'fine'. I didn't like the cherry tomato halves. Really good cheese though. My new favorite pizza place. Man VT has some good pizza.

The pizza is fantastic! And the fact that they will make it dairy free makes it even better! The Mama Margarita is our favorite. There’s nothing better than a Margarita pizza done right!

The atmosphere is perfect, there’s local art on the walls and a record player spinning vinyl.

Absolutely love all his food, very worth the money!! He takes his time to make the food to order and man does he have his own taste to things. Absolutely love it all. Love that he has different types of pizzas and toppings.vegan and all, plus the different crusts. 100% is the place to get your food, food for many occasions I would say. Again love it!!

Pizza is pizza, normally. This place steps it up more than a notch. They change the game for me. The crust is incredible. I can't get over it. It's great! The toppings are fresh and yummy. But that crust!!!!! 🤤 My dogs were angry they didn't get to eat the crust like they normally do on my pizzas, I ate every bite!

Roberto’s pizza is a bunch of notches above the rest. Chewy, light dough, very fresh toppings, good service. Dough has drizzled maple syrup on it. Real Vermont touch. Get your pizza here!!!!
