Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and seated by the Manager. My server took my order and I had my drink and corn muffin in less than a minute!! The food came out piping hot and was extremely fresh! The place was very clean and was packed!! I was honestly stunned how fast I got my food! I would highly recommend this blackbear diner location to all of my friends and family as the service was legendary, and the food was even better! A++

Had the roasted turkey dinner with green beans and mashed potatoes. I chose the dinner salad with ranch dressing, and the dressing was true buttermilk ranch.
My man ordered the tri-tip with shrimp, and it was also really good.

I feel like I've been missing out. My breakfast was perfection with so much left overs. The avocado toast was simple yet delicious. Our coffee stayed hot and full, our sweet waitress was amazing. Shelly. Thank you for serving us today and creating such a great experience for us ♡ If you haven't been, be ready for a large platter full of whatever deliciousness you order. You're going home with left overs. Their home made biscuits and gravy looked insane at the table next to us....so next time, ill order that. Happy eating!

It’s a diner! One doesn’t usually expect gourmet cuisine and white glove service at a diner and that is not what we got. What we did get was solid, friendly service that makes you feel most welcome and appreciated. As a rule, excellent service follows excellent management. The “Bear” decor and theme is refreshingly different and it makes a good and pleasant dining atmosphere. The meals that we ordered were good and tasty. Side dishes were very generous servings and there were nice touches like the orange twist garnish on my plate.

Ami is the BEST! If you go in the morning, ask for her, she'll treat you like family. The veggie omelet is great! It's fresh and loaded with all sorts of goodness. Their orange juice is fresh squeezed on site. It's where our Veterans group chooses to meet for our informal get-togethers, just a good place to go for eats. 😊

Tried the chicken fried steak Benedict, since we haven't seen it elsewhere. Very good! The pancakes are big, the biscuits & gravy was like 2 servings in 1 & the service was great! We've eaten here several times & will again.

Good food ,but really good service. There were 7of us and Brandon was super patient and kind. Everything we ordered was cooked right the first time. This was our first visit . One problem,super dusty in the restaurant. 😳This will be the reason I don't go back. Can't breathe!

First time here and pleasantly surprised. The portions are not massive, but neither are the prices so it works out. We were seated quickly (it was very busy) and the service was fast. Food tasted great and their in house hot sauces were actually fantastic (we bought a bottle of the Papa Burn sauce).

Also, a really positive note is all the wooden sculptures they have inside and out. My kids loved posing and poking at them. Would recommend and we will go back.

The service here is excellent, I've had various servers in the few times I've visited this establishment and have even had the most polite manager check in. The food here is hot and delicious with proportions way bigger than your stomach, that a to-go box might just be a must. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desert, this place is bound to have something you'll enjoy. Additionally, the atmosphere is too adorable with all the bear-themed décor and gift shop items.

We come every Saturday morning. Our main waitress/server. is the amazing Ella.
Ella always make the morning. with her fun personality. She always gets out order correct. She knows her customers and greets them with a smile and positive energy. If I could give more stars for Ella I would. ❤

My husband and I came here for brunch yesterday and had a good experience. We were seated right away and our waiter was great on keeping our water filled and was very attentive. My husband loves their pancakes and I love their hash browns and French toast. They give you a lot of food for a good price and the food is great quality. It is one of our favorite breakfast places.

Absolutely 5 stars! It was the first time I had tried it and it was delicious. I ordered The Grizz and it was so much food. Will try this again as I travel. The restaurant was very clean, the service was friendly and attentive. They have a few gifts that you can purchase and a meeting room or a room for a large group. Really like the bears.outside and the bathrooms are clean.

The kids cute bear pancake was packed with flavor. The tea tasted fresh. Our meals were over the top delicious. HUGE menu of items, love that!!! Sweet waitress, fast served. The place was cute and filled with bears all over. We won't be going back to IHOP. This is our new spot now. Portions were huge. Eggs cooked just right. Cute plates. What a darling restaurant.

Never been here prior. A lot of options and everything we ordered was great! Kid friendly/family friendly. Food and service was awesome will be back

Teagann was our server and she knocked it out of the park! We had 25 ladies in the private room and she handled all of us so well. Her manners are sweet and she is just a super server! I will ask for her each time we have a large group...if I can. ❣

Friendly server. Great food. Food came in a reasonable amount of time after she took our order and she checked up on us often but not constantly.

This place is legit as far as diners go!

Good, authentic, filling meals at an affordable price. You simply can’t beat it.

Be ware that the breakfast portions are massive so you will leave full!

For my first time going there, it was absolutely delicious! The price wasn't bad either. We did have to wait a bit to get in because they were busy, but not long at all! Everything was good and the service was excellent for the amount of business they were producing. I had the pot roast and my child had a cheese pizza, and she is usually really picky, but she said it was the best pizza she has ever had. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience.

Laneisa was swift, prompt, and so genuine to my family when we came in to eat today. She made us feel super comfortable and never let our drinks go empty. We loved the food and her energy was infectious so we will most definitely be back!!

We come here now instead of our local one, and our experience was amazing. Our service was great, even though she was busy she made sure she communicated and handled things. Our drinks stayed full. Our food had no errors, and she was overall super friendly to us.
