Great service from start to finish. Fast, friendly, reliable. They never try to sell me something I know I don't need, like other service centers...I absolutely hate that tactic, but never have to worry about getting that here and that's one of the reasons that I keep returning. If you can, I always try to make an appointment beforehand. Lobby is comfortable and the bathrooms are clean which is always a plus. Honest and straightforward service and customer service team. We've bought vehicles from them for years and also service them here and will continue to do so as long as they keep up this kind of service.

I've had many vehicles, and the process of acquiring them has always been nerve-wracking and stressful. However, my experience at Campus Ford in Waynesboro, VA, today was fantastic. They changed out my flat Tire, which could not be repaired, installed my new tire and replaced the spare in the rear storage space. Took me right away, work was quick and for a very fair price. Went in for an inspection and oil change !
Found out my rotors were worn because of a bad set of brake shoes the milling was defective.
The brake pads was still in good shape
Great technician and service was excellent had to replace brakes and rotors .
Real pleased with the quick service and the work performed was very thorough and explained before and after !

Campus Ford has provided quality, affordable service and repairs for several of our cars over the past 3 years, none of which we purchased from them and various makes. In this particular instance the Mazda dealer that sold us our current CX-5 said we needed new rear brakes, including rotors at less than 40k miles, so I subsequently came back to Campus for a second opinion. Turns out we definitely don't need brake work any time soon. I really appreciate their honest, professional assessment and will be bringing our Mazda back here for all future service work!

I didn't buy my vehicles from Campus Ford, but I've been using them and Quicklane for my service needs. I have really had great experiences with the entire service team. We've had misunderstandings about what I wanted and occasionally they miss something (we're all human).. .but their actual service has been outstanding. They've really gone out of their way to take care of me, and I appreciate it.
